I love the location. Even though we are in an urban setting the nature preserve around us gives the feel of country living. The entire area looks beautiful. Also the office staff are very helpful and willing to help with problems immediately. That makes for an overall wonderful experience.

We Love Living Here at Carver Lake Townhomes!
This is a good community to live and raise children. The staff is awesome and takes care of all our needs. I am so glad we chose to live here because we have made a lot of friends and it feels like home.

Nice and Clean area and great activites for families great schools in the area as well.
Carver Lake: Good Neighborhood, Good Management
The winter cleaning could have been better as roads are very icy. Spacious neighborhood, convenient play areas for kids, wide roads, easy to get in get off to 495, close to all shopping areas, quieter. Only issue is school district for elementary students. This may be a concern for many parents who look for better ranked elementary school. Other than that this place is a nice place for living.

Carver Lake: Nice Homes Customer Service is Great
Thin walls. The rooms are small but adequate-the walls are thin, you can hear every single thing that goes on next door. If you can get past thin walls it’s not a bad place-good customer service, the maintenance guy has a fast response time and does quality work.
Carver Lake: Very Good, Walls Are Thin But No Issues
Bedrooms are small, but our unit has a 3rd floor that makes up for lack of space in the bedrooms. Walls are thin, so neighbors will know all of your business. Customer Service is great and while a bit pricey it is in competition with other area townhomes/apt.

Carver Lake: I Love My Townhome- I Really Can Call This Home Now.
It is a respcectable, safe neighborhood. I would say that they care about what happens to us as tentants not only our material needs but social needs. I am thankful for our maintenance crew-there knowledge and their proficient. I am also thankful for to warm and open communication we are now recieving from the Property Manager and office staff who are trying to make improvements and welcome our suggestions and our questions. And finally these homes are in an excellent location access to major highways, the lake and much more.
Carver Lake: Great Job!
It’s a great place to live but a lot of small kids in the street playing on Tahoe Place and not being watched. Other than that, its a nice place to live.
