We are just finishing up our 6th year here and love it. Maintenance is top notch and management is constantly looking to improve and upgrade the residences. Since the location is near Carver Lake and the property here has a wildlife area, we are pleasantly aware that despite living in a large metropolitan area that we enjoy so much nature around us. This is truly home! Keep up the great work!

Carver Lake Townhomes – We Love It Here!
My family and I live in Woodbury at Carver Lake Townhomes. We love it here. It is a nice neighborhood. Everyone is friendly. They let pets here. We live by carver lake so their is walking trails near by. We have seen wild life like ducks, deer, turtle and egrets. They have a out door pool which is very nice in the summer. It is quiet area. You are close to shopping and the hospital/clinic.
We Very Much Enjoy Living at Carver Lake!
We very much enjoy living in Carver Lake Townhomes. The view from our deck is of Carver Lake Park – which has miles of walking and bike paths, plus a very nice beach on the lake. The development is quiet and the neighbors have all been nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the pool in the summer and the community building has a room available for holding larger get-togethers. We recently held a party there for some of our grandchildren and many of the guests remarked about how nice the room was. We are close (within five miles) of all sorts of shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters.
Carver Lake: Management
Everyone that works at Carver Lake is so friendly!!! I turned in the move in check list on a Friday and I listed that there was a crack on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and my outside patio light was not working. I just wanted it documented on the check list so management would know that I didn t break the shelf. The shelf was replaced in the refrigerator and the outside patio light was fixed the next Monday. I was so surprised that the shelf in the refrigerator was fixed because I wasn t expecting that. The mini blinds on the dining room window broke which was my fault and that was also fixed that next Monday. Amazing!!!
Carver Lake: Nice Furnishing On the Inside
I love it here, it is very nice on the inside you cannot hear your neighbors at all. parking in a one car garage is tricky with two vehicles but other then that it is nice

I have absolutely enjoyed my experience living at Carver Lake Townhomes. Not only are the homes nice but the staff, management and overall experience has been absolutely wonderful!!!
Carver Lake: Love Living Here So Far
The development is close to 494, so there is quick access to anywhere you want to go. However, even though we are close to a freeway, it is almost like being in a rural area. The view from our deck is of Carver Lake Park – and the lake itself. I have seen other reviews in which the reviewer complains about hearing noise from neighbors. Very rarely we have heard a little noise if a neighbor has music on or is watching a noisy movie. But even on those rare occasions, it has not been very loud – certainly not loud enough to be bothersome. Staff members are professional and pleasant.

I have been very happy with my townhouse. The staff is very friendly and I never had a problem with my neighbors being too loud. My only problem is the cost of rent is high compared to other properties.
