Deer Ridge- True professionals

Jill is a fantastic manager, and Kaitlin her assistant is so professional. I am leaving Deer Ridge only because I have purchased a home. Both Jill and Kaitlin were so wonderful to contact me with showings. I was at my townhome when they brought a couple in. They are true professionals in everyway. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed living at Deer Ridge with the wonderful management staff.

Wonderful Place to Live!

This is a great place to live for a number of reasons. First, there’s the staff that have gone out of their way to help me a number of times. Last winter I had a bad battery and I couldn’t get my car started. There was no one around to give me a jump. I felt really out of place calling the office for help but I didn’t know what else to do. So I called, Jessica answered and Mike came over with a portable battery starter. We hooked everything up and it just didn’t work, so Mike went and got the Stuart Co. truck and started my car. The staff have done a number of out of the way things for me and I really appreciate it. Second, the grounds. This summer it has been just gorgeous and how beautiful are those fir & pine trees after a fresh snow fall. It’s like living in a beautiful park. Third, a shout out to my fellow tenants. They are almost universally warm, friendly and helpful. I could go on but I think it’s pretty clear that I really like this place. It’s my home!

THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE!!!

I’m very happy living here. The staff go much further than the basics. Last winter my car had a bad battery and wouldn’t start. I felt really out of place calling the office but I shouldn’t have. Jessica told Mike and he came over with a portable battery charger. But my car still wouldn’t start. So he went and got the Stuart Co. truck and started my car. And that’s just one example of the kind of service they provide.

Lamplighter Village: Great Affordable Home in the City!

Moved in 3/1/15. The staff is wonderful! They are kind, helpful and friendly. When I moved in the apartment was sparkling and smelled great…a quality I had a hard time finding in pet friendly apartments. I love the big balcony and spacious rooms. The handle on the toilet was almost broken when I moved in, I called and that same day the maintenance came to fix it! There is a full-time grounds keeper and I am looking forward to seeing all the kids at the pool this summer! This is a family (including furry family) friendly complex. It is conveniently located…on busline. Close to shopping. Etc. Although this is an inner-city type of complex and some of the surrounding neighborhood is poor and run-down. Lamplighter Village is a little diamond in the rough, in my opinion. It is not high-end but it is clean, lovely and well maintained And Affordable! The residents are a mixture of friendly working class/family/young professionals and I love the diversity. Yep, Romeo and I already love it here! I think I made a good choice for my English Bulldog & me and I would recommend to friends.

The View: I Love Living at The View!

I moved to The View a year ago and just signed my lease for a second year here. I was previously a homeowner and was not sure how I would feel living in an apartment after owning a home for many years. I am happy to say the transition was great and I have been very happy here! The staff is wonderful, neighbors are quiet and respectful and you cannot beat the views of the lake! I love spending time on my deck which faces west over the lake. I also enjoy attending social events and spend time at the pool and fitness center. I highly recommend The View to others who are looking to live in this area.

One Southdale Place: Empty-Nesters and Relocated

We are empty-nesters and relocated to One Southdale Place early 2015. I was initially concerned about the size of our space being less than 1000 ft.² after leaving our 3000 square-foot home, however with the wonderful layout and floor-to-ceiling windows it feels much larger. There are plenty of cabinets and closets spaces. I am so happy that our traditional furniture fit so nicely into the space. I initially thought we would need to buy more contemporary furniture but didn’t need to replace any of our former items. The people are so friendly the security is excellent the complementary yoga classes are fun and the community areas including the gym are beautiful. The maintenance staff is attentive and respectful. Looking forward to spring so we can use the grills and summer so we can enjoy the pool and the rooftop deck.
