In regards to our staff at the Plaza, we are very fortunate to have each and everyone. They do a great job in taking care of our needs with a pleasant smile and a great willingness to please. I only hope they’re duly rewarded for their efforts to make us feel we live in a wonderful building.

I love this apartment complex. The office girls Melanie and Jodi are wonderful and are very helpful. Jack and Tony in maintenance are incredibly the best as well. I will continue to live here as long as I can.
Greenfield: I Wish I Had Found Greenfield Years Ago!
Greenfield is our own little piece of paradise. Tucked away from busy through streets, you can frequently see wildlife passing by. If you have kids, they don’t have to use the parking lot for their play area! There are HUGE courtyards for them to run, play, and expend that energy. Even with that, it never seems to be overly chaotic or noisy. There are awesome amenities, community activities, and a wonderful management / leasing team that are super responsive to your questions or needs. Maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner, and the grounds and buildings are exceptionally maintained. For as long as I am living in the Twin Cities area, I hope that I am blessed to remain a tenant at Greenfield Apartments.

I love living here. The management is great and will work with you with so much. They have really helped me out while I was struggling after losing my job. The best management I have had.
