Remington Cove is an outstanding place to live! Extremely convenient proximity to a wide variety of shopping and dining. Property and all appliances are new, and very well maintained. The office staff have been friendly, professional, and will go out of their way to assist with any concerns that may arise. Highly recommend!

Parkside- Cannot say enough good things
I cannot say enough good things about Parkside. The location is excellent, the setting is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained and the staff are wonderful all around. Though the units are older, the staff are always helpful in addressing most any issue and it remains a great value. I am always grateful coming home to the natural setting, the views and the quiet area. Parkside is also making a lot of strides toward coaxing their residents to a healthier lifestyle and works hard to keep the buildings and units smoke-free. I think people struggle sometimes with the smoke-free requirement but all-in-all people are generally trying to be respectful of others and it is usually not a major issue. So happy here and highly recommend!
One Southdale Place
We have been residents since the 1st of June 2016. Since moving into the building, the StuartCo staff has been amazing and the building is impeccable. The property is managed more like a high-end resort, and the staff service and “can-do” attitudes, truly exemplify a 5 Star hotel! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication in continuing to make this a wonderful place to live…
Woodridge- Great Place to Live!
We have lived in Woodridge for two years, and we love many things about it. The maintenance and office staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. The apartment is generally well cared for, with everything at a functional level and some things at a really great level. Our unit is really great for the price. The location is awesome, with access to major roads, a quick walk to Eagan Community Center, and a short drive to great restaurants. A wide variety of people from many different backgrounds lives here, and everyone is friendly to one another. Overall, no complaints – it’s been a good two years!
Northpointe – Always Clean & Well Maintained!
The staff at the Northpointe apartments in Brown Deer, WI definitely deserve a free lunch. They’re unfailingly friendly and the facility looks great. Always clean and well maintained. Jodi, the assistant property manager, has been especially helpful and has a great sense of humor.
Very Well Maintained and Beautiful Place to Live
I moved into Parkside this past spring and I have to say I am very impressed with how well they maintain the yard, pool, and building here. This is my first apartment and I was worried because I have a large dog, and I have always heard my friends and family who live in apartments complain about how I takes weeks for them to send someone to fix a problem. Here at Parkside they respond immediately and have such amazing and friendly staff. I also love the paths and the yard around the buildings so I’m able to take my dog on short walks, with the luxury of clean up stations for my dogs mess. Above all I think the apartments are so cute and have large windows that allow us to use less electricity and the price is just right. We searched many places and debated applying but after seeing Parkside we knew right away! Come check it out I promise you wont be disappointed, even my large dog who has lived in houses for 5 years adapted immediately!
Maitenance is Awesome!
I have had a few minor repairs completed in my appartment but the maintenance guys are fast and get the job done right! I think all of the staff in the office are great too, very courteous. If I were to make any critiques it would be about the cleaning crew. My appartment was not very clean the day I moved in I basically redid everything. Our common areas such as the enterances, laundry room and hallways need more attention then they get now. It can be embarassing to bring guest over when they don’t want to hit the elevator button because it’s filthy. The lawn and pool area, however, are beautiful and well maintained.
Safe, Well Maintained and Consistantly Beautiful
THE PLAZA APARTMENT HOMES has been my home for nearly a year. I feel the the apartment complex is safe, well maintained, and consistently beautiful. A gracious touch to our exterior decor’ is the potted floral arrangements changed four times during the year to mark the seasons. The pool area, lawns, and front entry are well attended. A major consideration for me in choosing an apartment was safety, accessibility, and appropriateness for caring for my toddler granddaughter. She loves to come here weekly, where she hugs the welcoming Hometown Charlie Brown on her way past the entry fountain and large party room. She has become acquainted with friendly residents of all ages. The Plaza is pet-friendly, so greeting dogs and watching resident cats are favorite activities for this child, as well as caring for flowers on the all-concrete-and-steel deck. Our heated underground parking is convenient and safe for her, as well as all the adults who make The Plaza their home. Management strives to meet the needs of a great variety of residents through prompt maintenance response, and by planning a wide selection of social gatherings, movies, and exercise classes. We enjoy a book club, card-playing groups, and various games. The Plaza shuttle provides convenient transportation to local shopping and outings. Complementary transport to the airport can also be arranged. I appreciate many facets of a gracious life here at The Plaza.
Fantastic Home!
The staff at 430 Oak Grove is incredibly professional and friendly. They even walk your dog for you while you’re at work! The amenities are great, the building is clean and well maintained, and the pricing is competitive. The beautiful historic building of 430 Oak Grove has been updated to beautiful luxury boutique apartments with new appliances and fixtures, giving you a luxury apartment feel with high-end finishes while enjoying a mixture of the historic beauty of the building, conveniently located in Loring Park.
The View: Kudos to the Management Team!
We lived at the View from May 2014-May 2015 on the 4th floor facing the lake. The View was our transition place between selling our home we lived in for 25 years and moving to Colorado. The management staff Susie, Mario, Jesse, Randy and Corrin are outstanding, genuine, professional individuals. Kudos again to the management team for all the events you provide, and your role in connecting residents with each other. We will maintain friendships with a number of like-minded people we met at our brief time at the View. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, well maintained, and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center and classes Megan rocks , and miles of biking walking running trails. A special thank you to Mario for keeping the common areas sparkling clean, for the delicious coffee, and for your time and attention on our move-out-day you know what we are referring to . And Susie, your energy and enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you all and we miss you.
