We have lived at Parkside since 2014 and we love it! We have gotten to know some of the residents and the staff. We enjoy the gatherings that are planned by the staff and the atmosphere is great! For the most part, residents are quiet and respectful of others. When we have a concern or something needs to be fixed, it is addressed almost immediately. We plan on staying at Parkside for quite a while. It is our home and we feel safe and welcomed by everyone.

NorthPointe- Terrific Value
After a shift in my life path, I found myself eager to move from rural NE Wisconsin back to city living. I knew I would need to live in an apartment to swing that goal. Finding one that could accommodate my pets and me in comfort was a challenge. NorthPointe hit all but one of my needs (location to my office) and even that one is not bad, just further than I wanted. The entire staff has been very welcoming and any maintenance requests I have had have been handled cheerfully and efficiently. I very much enjoy the property and the amenities and find this place a terrific value.

Plaza -Not Just An Apartment

Tami-daughter-My parents have lived at The Plaza for almost 4 years. It is not just an apartment to live, it is a community of diverse people and of all ages. There are activities(optional) to involve the residents which has made my parents (age 87 and 91) live actively and independently. Karen, Brittany and Dale have been there to make my parent’s life a happy one since leaving their home. I want to thank everyone for allowing my parent’s to be free of entering a senior place.
Helen/Ed – We enjoyed moving into The Plaza after leaving our home of 64 yrs where we were so welcomed and immediately involved in the community. The Plaza is a clean, up-to-date residence where our needs are met immediately. We have made friends of all ages and with the courtesy shuttle we can remain active and mobile. Thank you to Karen, Brittany and Dale our in-house StuartCo. staff who are always there for us!!
We Love Living at The View
Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.

York Plaza: Exactly What Luxury Apartment Living Should Be!
I like the quietness and solidness of the building. I like that the staff is so caring, friendly and knowledgeable. I love that every flake of snow is gone on all the sidewalks. I am truly amazed and impressed. I like that they run these buildings as if they were their own homes. I love that!
Raspberry Woods: Peaceful, Beautiful Homes and Gorgeous Surroundings
Love calling Raspberry Woods home The floor layout is great and we have a private deck facing the woods. I also like having stainless steel appliances, it gives my home an updated look. There are many walking trails around the area that my dog and I really enjoy The management team did a wonderful job helping us find the right place and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend living here
e-street flats: A Comfortable Home
“E Streets Flats Is Comfortable Home To Me. Everyone Says Hello And Are Respectful Of Each Others Privacy. Initially quite cold but once the heat is turn on it is nice and comfortable. The floors are always clean and the people are simple very nice and friendly. It feels very secured, and quiet for effective learning, I will not exchange this environment for anything. The other things I like about the apartment is that the laundry is on the second floor with a TV to catch up on news in case it has been too busy to have a life. The Gym is right in the building, very spacious and easy to access. I know there is also a TV theater space but I have not had the time to use it yet, it is good to have all these in one housing.”
Highland Ridge: Welcome Home!
Life for me was in major transition when I walked into Highland Ridge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere and felt at home. Robin showed me around and was willing to work with me on many different levels. She was patient as I visited many different times and her support as I walked through each of the steps to rent was immeasurable. Shannon was also very supportive in showing me the ropes and was patient with my many questions as I settled into my new home. Robin, Shannon and the other staff have made my life transition easy. I am very grateful to them all. The few residents I have met since moving in are very friendly and I look forward to meeting more as I settle more deeply into my new home. I’ve told many friends already to, Come join the Highland Ridge family.
