Beautifully updated apartment complex. It is located in the middle of a well maintained, park-like rental neighborhood; about 8 minutes southeast of the Highland Park Village. The apartments are modern and spacious. The prices may be higher in comparison to the neighboring apartment buildings, but the amenities are spectacular (indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, business center, small theater and party room… just to name a few). Did I mention the in-unit stackable washer/dryers? The staff is kind and helpful. The inner courtyard seems like a wonderful place to read a book. There a surface parking lots available for no extra cost, but there is also the option of underground garage spots for a fee (depending on availability).

Parkside- Love!
Love Parkside! The area is perfect for dog owners! And the apartments are updated, and very well kept! The staff including the main manger, Ryan, and Rose, really make you feel like you are important, and they know each and everyone one of their tenants by name! We live in a 1 bed plus den and it is the perfect size!
Remington Cove- Best apartment complex I’ve lived in
This is easily the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, both in its management and general quality. The apartments themselves are very nice with up to date appliances, any issues I’ve had have been quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. The manager Catherine is both dependable and reasonable, I’ve enjoyed having her as my landlord this past year and will continue to stay here!
Woodstone- We Love It!
Woodstone is the perfect home for our family of two adults and a kitty. We love the spacious layout (including a roomy deck), updated kitchen, and ample parking. Great location, AMAZING staff and timely maintenance to our unit make this a wonderful home!
Southwest Gables- It’s Good to be Home
After over 15 years of living here I do consider this my home. The staff have become almost family. they are always considerate of your wants in all aspects of living in the complex. If you ask for something to be done it is done or a valid reason is given for its exclusion. The complex leaves very little to want for as it is and upgrades to existing facilities are usually in progress. I don’t think for the money you will find any better community and the staff are not replaceable. Again it is HOME with FAMILY.
Remington Cove- Love It!
From the second I did a walk through, I knew this was home. Everything is new, up to date, quiet and perfect! The work out room is bigger than most apartments, the community room is a great place to host get togethers. The staff and maintenance truly care about this property and their tenants! I’m so happy I moved here, It’s a place I’m proud to call home!

Raspberry Woods: First Impression- Great
My husband and I have lived in our new home for one month now. We love our new place. It is spacious, updated, and we had a great move-in experience. The one maintenance request we have had to make was done the day of request. The staff is helpful and friendly, and we are very excited for our new life in our new home. The neighbors seem friendly, and it is a nice quiet neighborhood to come home to.
Greenfield: Awesome Apartments
This is a great place to live in the Minnetonka/Hopkins area. If you are looking for a safe, quiet place to live in the area, this is the place for you. These apartments are literally soundproof. The updated apartments on the 3rd floor are very nice and I love the new appliances and vaulted ceilings. The maintenance responds faster than I’ve ever seen at other places and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They really care about their residents. Love all the amenities too – underground parking, the gym, pools, and plenty of outdoor parking for guests. Love that pets are allowed here too. Overall this is a great and pleasant place to call home!
Greenfield: I Really Love Living At Greenfield!
It’s a great deal for the price. I love having my own washer/dryer and the updated apartments look great. The grounds always look good. I can t tell you how great maintenance is in apartments. It takes them a little longer for facilities (pool and gym). The office staff are also real friendly and easy to work with. The only downfall I’ve noticed so far is poor sound insulation. I frequently hear the apartment above me walking around and jumping. Other than that though, this place is pretty great.
