I knew the property was the one when I saw how close it was to Northwestern and so many other things (Target, food and entertainment options).
The moment I fell in love with the property wasn’t until after living there for a couple months. After getting to know [property manager] Chelsea more, I knew it was home. She makes everything so easy. She’s understanding when other landlords wouldn’t have been and she continually goes out of her way to make sure her residents are taken care of.
The townhomes are perfect for a small family or couple, with all the amenities you need. We absolutely love how helpful, attentive and understanding the maintenance and staff people are. They are quick to solve problems and make sure you are taken care of. One time I locked my keys in my garage on a Saturday afternoon and the maintenance man came and unlocked the garage for us within half an hour! We have never experienced the quality of care that Eagle Creek has provided anywhere else.
Friendly, communicative, and understanding property manger (Robin) and staff from the front desk to maintenance crew. Willing to help resolve whatever problems that might arise from living in an apartment building with other tenants such as smoking and noise issues. Very responsive to maintenance issues that compe up unexpectedly, They strive to make the place look clean the well maintained at all times. Great welll maintained amenities. Reasonable rent prices. Assigned parking and many utilities included.
When people ask me how I like living in Heritage Landing My response is always the same. I LOVE IT! I always have and will continue to recommend Heritage landing to everybody. The staff here are very personable and understanding. They make sure to get to know you on a very professional level. All of the ladies in the office, Shannon, Jennny, Tammy, and Karina are always there for anything you need immediately.
It’s quiet. Maintenance gets done in a timely order, management is very nice and understanding. I do wish here was more garage space so it would be easier to park my car around our bikes, but I love the storage shelves in there. The website for payments is great, no more money orders for me and I can track and make sure they received my payments. All in all, it’s a great place to live and I am happy here.
