I loved my time at Riverview and would have stayed on if I could. Extremely clean and dog friendly (not to mention dog park basically onsite) Maintenance was super responsive and immediate. Amazing view and walk along the Mississippi River. Can’t say enough good things and would recommend to anyone looking to reside in downtown St. Paul.

Remington Cove- A Great Place to Call HOME.
The location of Remington Cove is super convenient — you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and groceries — and with being just off Cedar, you can be headed to downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul in no time. Heated underground parking, granite countertops, and an AMAZING management staff that is friendly and caring. A great place to call HOME.
Riverview at Upper Landing – Kudos to the Staff
The Riverview at Upper Landing staff is exceptional. This includes office staff, housekeeping and maintenance. They are cheerful, helpful and very timely in taking care of any concerns. This group of people makes living here a genuine pleasure. The river view does not hurt at all either. Thanks to all of the staff.
Plaza -Not Just An Apartment

Tami-daughter-My parents have lived at The Plaza for almost 4 years. It is not just an apartment to live, it is a community of diverse people and of all ages. There are activities(optional) to involve the residents which has made my parents (age 87 and 91) live actively and independently. Karen, Brittany and Dale have been there to make my parent’s life a happy one since leaving their home. I want to thank everyone for allowing my parent’s to be free of entering a senior place.
Helen/Ed – We enjoyed moving into The Plaza after leaving our home of 64 yrs where we were so welcomed and immediately involved in the community. The Plaza is a clean, up-to-date residence where our needs are met immediately. We have made friends of all ages and with the courtesy shuttle we can remain active and mobile. Thank you to Karen, Brittany and Dale our in-house StuartCo. staff who are always there for us!!
Riverview at Upper Landing -Rocks!!
My husband and I moved in last November. Love the apartment, the porch and great heated parking. Hands down though – it’s the view!!! I head out the the Y every morning at 5:45am. Get back at 7:10 and immediately head to the window to see sunrise and what’s happening on river. Come home at night – look out on the lights on the river. I think it’s going to be hard going to work in the summer when boats and barges are heading up and down the river!!! I may have to take vacation days just to sit out on the porch and watch the show! Staff is super responsive, on site. walking paths great and kept cleared in winter. Easy walk to downtown Saint Paul!

I love living at The Plaza. Staff is responsive to our needs and requests. They have helped to make this a wonderful community place where people feel free to mingle and to enjoy life together.
The Plaza – A Great Place to Live!
The Plaza is a great place to live!!! We love the ‘worry-free’ living. The location is perfect for us…So close to family, shopping, both downtowns, and the airport. The management and staff are always there for the residents…solving the smaller and larger issues that arise. The management has worked at building a community….one that enjoys an evening of fun together as well as encouraging a ‘generous spirit’ by reaching out to others that are in need of help. Thanks to StuartCo and thanks to our special Management Team!!!
Riverview at Upper Landing – Love my Home!
Riverview has been my first ‘grown up’ apartment since graduating college and working full time. I absolutely love being home and spending time in my apartment! Here are some of my favorite features of Riverview: – Location: practically downtown St. Paul and near W 7th street activities, Xcel Energy center. Quiet community. Close to all of the St. Paul action, but peaceful near the river and tucked away from the business. Close to 35, 94, Shepard. Airport. Depot/Lightrail. Cute brewery within walking distance “Bad Weather Brewing Co.” – Pet friendly: such a beautiful scene for walking my dog with the Mississippi river in the back and plenty of trails both walking and biking. I also appreciate that one building is for people with pets, the other if pet free. – Amenities: The fitness center is nice and has everything you would need. The technology in there is great too- watch TV on elliptical/treadmill. I have yet to use the TV room- looks great. Also, tanning room for the long winter days… – Front desk staff: They are so friendly! They respond promptly to my emails. Great service to take in packages. -Maintenance: The lock was sticky on our door, maintenance fixed it within an hour of my request. -Safety: I feel very safe living here (I’m on first floor). -Common rooms: Nice space to rent, or get out of the apartment. People do use the common rooms, which creates for a sense of community. -Cleanliness: Staff is there ALL the time keeping common areas clean. Upon move in, my apartment was SPOTLESS. Carpet steamed too. -Community building: I appreciate all of the events they host to again, create a sense of community in the building. Also the notices of local happenings such as Winter Carnival, or what play is at the Ordway. My only wish is to not have carpet!

Highland Ridge: Liz Oxendale Has Made Our Experience at Highland Ridge Excellent!
When we initially looked at the apartment building, Liz gave us a tour. We have now lived here for almost a year, and Liz has bent-over-backwards to make this an enjoyable place to live for us. She greets us in the hallways, returns our emails extremely fast, and sends the maintenance man quickly to our apartment if we are ever in need of having something fixed. No matter what the issue has been (and there haven’t been many) she has always been so cheerful and helpful, and she has really made this a great place for us to live. Not only has she been very approachable if there is ever a problem, but she has been a cheerful person to talk to, and always asks how we are enjoying our apartment. Every apartment complex needs a leasing agent like Liz!
