The two Southwest Gables maintenance men are awesome. They worked tirelessly to get my new black appliances installed and operating correctly. They are pleasant, polite and certainly very knowledgeable. I wanted to express my appreciation for all they did.

This is by far one of the best places to live in Omaha. The staff is just a super group of folks that care, not just about their jobs but the people that live here. They always have time to listen no matter how busy, I just can’t say enough about the folks here.

I just moved in yesterday and I absolutely love it here. Met quite a few of my neighbors and they are very friendly. Management is excellent. My apartment and view is outstanding. Plan on staying for years.

Southwest Gables – Best Place in Omaha
I have lived at Southwest Gables for 20+ years. The entire staff (office, maintenance and building caretakers) are the best group of people! Always friendly and attentive to your needs. The underground parking is awesome, especially during the cold winter months.

Quiet, yet you have neighbors who are courteous and support from staff when you need. They keep the environment of a small community in the sense that we are informed about what is going on and have opportunities to meet people if we want to. Close enough to the highway, Hy-vee, CVS, Walgreens. Walking distance to Prairie Life Fitness.
Southwest Gables: Quiet, Comfy, Cozy, Lovely
I love this place, this is my first apartment and i never want to leave. This is not only an apartment but a home, they have so many amenities that i never have to leave. I look forward to coming home every night, I love the gym, the sauna, how kind and helpful all the staff is, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking.
