We downsized, selling our home, and after an extensive search chose Highland Ridge as our new home. We are thrilled with our choice. Not only is the apartment itself perfect for our new life style but the building is quiet as can be, very clean, the office staff as well as the maintenance staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The pool, spa, workout room are such a great bonus as well. We would recommend Highland Ridge to anyone. We feel right at home!

I have lived here for 3 years…and am about to renew my lease for another. I can’t say enough about the staff and management at HRA. They are quick to say hello, respond to repair requests, and do their best to make this apartment complex an enjoyable place to live. It is safe and well taken care of; recently remodeled workout facility, and there is always an out door landscaping improvement project going on… I wouldn’t hesitate to give it my full endorsement for individuals of all ages that are looking for a hassle free place to reside!

From the first day I arrived looking for an apartment it has been nothing but a positive experience. Doug was so helpful and considerate and patient in trying to find me the perfect place- and he did. The entire staff has been so welcoming and helpful. Any questions , requests or concerns I have had have been addressed immediately–amazing!!! The building is beautiful and wonderfully maintained and provides everything I could possibly need. Hope to be here for a long time.
Highland Ridge: Great Place To Live!
It feels like you are living in the luxury of a hotel. With the bonus of having the pool, fitness center, and movie theater open 24 hours. The staff and neighbors are are all very friendly. The underground car wash has proven to be a savior during this super cold winter. When there were problems with noise, the management responded quickly with hiring extra security at night to find the source. And now the new addition of Fitness on Demand in the yoga studio is awesome! Highland Ridge has certainly made my transition from selling and moving from a house to an apartment a smooth one with no regrets.
