Great location, great apartments and great service! The staff at One Southdale Place goes out of their way to make living at One Southdale Place a wonderful place to live. Facilities and apartment design are of high quality. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and movie theaters. Easy access to freeways and the airport. Highly recommended.

I’m very happy living here. The staff go much further than the basics. Last winter my car had a bad battery and wouldn’t start. I felt really out of place calling the office but I shouldn’t have. Jessica told Mike and he came over with a portable battery charger. But my car still wouldn’t start. So he went and got the Stuart Co. truck and started my car. And that’s just one example of the kind of service they provide.

Woodstone: Great Place to Call Home
It is a beautiful and quiet, private place. It is ideally located to commute to work school in the Twin Cities, even with the city bus there is even a bus going to the MOA around the block . If the rent looks a bit pricy, know that the services provided make it worth it. The swimming pool, the heated parking lot and the spacious balcony are my favorite features. I know that there is a shuttle going to the airport too.

Quiet, friendly, safe, very well-managed, great amenities and services, community-oriented, convenient location. Problems are resolved quickly and professionally.

Northpointe: Wonderful Place to Live!
I’ve been here for many years and haven’t wanted to leave due to the excellent service I’ve received. The building is kept extremely clean at all times, which is a big plus. The office personnel, Jodi and Melanie are very professional, friendly and know exactly what to do if service is needed. Love the way they have the phone calls set up to let residents know if the building is having a party or there is repair to the parking lot, etc. No surprises – that’s what residents like. That phone system has been in place since Melanie started and thank you to her. The maintenance, Jack and Tony, are the absolute best at everything, and always happy to do what it takes. By the way, so glad Jack has come back to Northpointe.

York Plaza: Great Value and Service, A Little Pricey
The apartment is wonderful, the staff is attentive and very quick to issue repairs and address concerns, and the amenities are great! However, it is extremely expensive.
