I really like this place, been here 1 year going on 2 and can’t complain at all. It is quiet and relaxing and the staff here is amazing, total respect toward everyone and somehow know the name of the residence all of them. Clean buildings and the grounds are beautiful. Great place to live!

Eagle Creek Townhomes: Safe, Clean, And Feels Very Homey
I like the community and my home. it s comfortable, i actually feel relaxed and home. the location is very convenient all major stores and gas stations are near by. Schools and hospital too….and i love i can get to work little under twenty minutes in chanhassen. The staff and the maintenance crew are very professional and time minded, once you submit a work order they take care of it within a short time.
E Street Flats: Clean, classy, and better than average student housing!
Living at the Flats is fun, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The residents and staff are friendly.
Northpointe: Very Quiet and Peaceful
It’s very comforting to know that when you come home you can relax and unwind without having to stress or worry about loud noises and things around you or in your apartment falling down. Their have been moderate improvements made to the North Pointe complex that have made all the difference.

Its relaxing and you don’t have to worry about fixing or doing anything yourself. The employees take care of everything and they are vey nice.
