This is one of the nicest places in Omaha. Great amenities, landscaping is nice and the staff is always quick to fix things. Would recommend.

I have lived here for about a year and love my apartment. I love the amenities that are around and all the trails that are close by. Great location. Great staff and management. They respond to your within a timely manor and always keep you up to date about whats going one. Its a nice place to live for the price. I would definitely reccommend this property to anyone.
Lamplighter Village: Great Affordable Home in the City!
Moved in 3/1/15. The staff is wonderful! They are kind, helpful and friendly. When I moved in the apartment was sparkling and smelled great…a quality I had a hard time finding in pet friendly apartments. I love the big balcony and spacious rooms. The handle on the toilet was almost broken when I moved in, I called and that same day the maintenance came to fix it! There is a full-time grounds keeper and I am looking forward to seeing all the kids at the pool this summer! This is a family (including furry family) friendly complex. It is conveniently located…on busline. Close to shopping. Etc. Although this is an inner-city type of complex and some of the surrounding neighborhood is poor and run-down. Lamplighter Village is a little diamond in the rough, in my opinion. It is not high-end but it is clean, lovely and well maintained And Affordable! The residents are a mixture of friendly working class/family/young professionals and I love the diversity. Yep, Romeo and I already love it here! I think I made a good choice for my English Bulldog & me and I would recommend to friends.

Southwest Gables: Awesome Place to Live
An awesome place to live. Office staff is very helpful and willing to help in any way. Maintenance staff is very efficient and happy to help even in after-hour needs. Building caretakers are very polite and maintains a clean beautiful building. I would recommend this home community to everyone. It is like a big family.
Highland Ridge: Great Place to Call Home
Highland Ridge is a great choice for anyone who is looking to downsize. Everything you need is so convenient. Great staff, terrific amenities and very well maintained. We do recommend that it be on your stop and see list.

I have lived at Highland Ridge for four years. I have never lived in a better place than Highland Ridge. The facility is terrific, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. I highly recommend Highland Ridge as a wonderful place to live.
Raspberry Woods: Very Nice Place to Live in
I googled this place, from photos the homes look nice. We signed lease remotely and when we saw it in person it didnt turn us down at all!! We love it very much. It’s spacious, quiet. Nice neighbors. Safe community. Friendly management staffs. I will strongly recommend friends of this place!!!
Raspberry Woods: Peaceful, Beautiful Homes and Gorgeous Surroundings
Love calling Raspberry Woods home The floor layout is great and we have a private deck facing the woods. I also like having stainless steel appliances, it gives my home an updated look. There are many walking trails around the area that my dog and I really enjoy The management team did a wonderful job helping us find the right place and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend living here
