The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is superb. The grounds are neat and tidy, there is abundant wildlife. Close to walking and biking trails. Close to the cities but you never know it. Quiet neighborhood, community activities, lots of amenities. Overall, we really like living here, feels like home.

Greenfield: One Of The Nicest Places I’ve Lived
Where the staff, amenities, and living spaces are all top notch. There are many reasons why I am happy living at Greenfield and would suggest living here to anyone. It is located in a very beautiful quite neightborhood. The grounds and surrounding nature preserve give you the feeling of living in a rural area when in you acutally are living in the center of the twin cities. I have woods, trails, wildlife, ponds, and lakes right outside my back door yet It is less than a mile from 4 major hwys making it a quick commute to get to where I am going. For me I love living here for these reason but year after year I find even more reasons that make me glad I chose to call Greenfield my home.
