Carver Lake- Super nice

I lived there 2017-2018. I really enjoyed it. The office ladies are super nice. Shortly after we turned in our paper work saying we’d be moving out in a month my grandfather passed away. That day we were supposed to have a showing, so I went over to the office and asked them if they could do it a different day and explained my situation. They were so nice about it and said that it was no problem, that could have costed them the place but they did it to be kind and I really really did appreciate that.

Anytime you have a problem, issue, question (it’s not often but if you do) they are friendly and welcoming. Our washer broke and they were there to try to fix/replace it pretty quickly. The maintenance people are also super kind. I get anxious when office people come into my house (just the idea of someone who owns where I live coming in and judging me is scary) but they don’t snoop or judge or do anything except what they’re there for.

Overall great people. Great neighborhood.

The townhomes are perfect for a small family or couple, with all the amenities you need. We absolutely love how helpful, attentive and understanding the maintenance and staff people are. They are quick to solve problems and make sure you are taken care of. One time I locked my keys in my garage on a Saturday afternoon and the maintenance man came and unlocked the garage for us within half an hour! We have never experienced the quality of care that Eagle Creek has provided anywhere else.

 

Highland Ridge: Liz Oxendale Has Made Our Experience at Highland Ridge Excellent!

When we initially looked at the apartment building, Liz gave us a tour. We have now lived here for almost a year, and Liz has bent-over-backwards to make this an enjoyable place to live for us. She greets us in the hallways, returns our emails extremely fast, and sends the maintenance man quickly to our apartment if we are ever in need of having something fixed. No matter what the issue has been (and there haven’t been many) she has always been so cheerful and helpful, and she has really made this a great place for us to live. Not only has she been very approachable if there is ever a problem, but she has been a cheerful person to talk to, and always asks how we are enjoying our apartment. Every apartment complex needs a leasing agent like Liz!

Highland Ridge: Great Place to Call Home

 I moved here right out of high school, 9 years ago. I can’t believe its been that long but I’ve loved living here. Sure there have been a few bumps in the road; several staff changes, a few management changes, changes to the building etc but again, I’ve lived here 9 years – a lot happens in that time. The units are great, the maintenance staff is superb: Dan Wolf is the best maintenance man you’ll ever meet. He’s beyond knowledgeable, very funny, quick and gets his work done. Anytime anything has ever overflowed, leaked, stopped working etc, it gets fixed that day. These guys are good. They recently renovated and upgraded the apartments including mine – looks awesome. You’re going to pay a bit more but its worth it. Having the washer and dryer IN your unit saves so much time/money, not having to pay for water, trash, heat/AC is equally as amazing. The computer room (fax, printer, scanner is perfect for the full time college student like myself), party room and game room (which we’ve used a lot in the past 9 years!) pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing in the 10 months of winter we usually have, the BBQs and tables/chairs in the back are fun for small gatherings or just a nice fun dinner, the list goes on. The amenities if you use them, are well worth the price. All in all, I’ve had a great time living here. I’ll be sad to leave when I do but I’ll always have fun memories at Highland Ridge =)

Woodridge: Great Place to Live

My husband and I will have spent one year at Woodridge and we really enjoyed it. We lived on the first floor and the only complaint that we had was that we lived next to the workout room which could be loud at weird times of night, and we could hear our neighbors above us pretty clearly, but overall we loved living here. There is a family-like feel that we had with many of our neighbors, who were always willing to help out or just chat with you! The staff is helpful and friendly. Any question we had they would answer quickly and efficiently. We also really have appreciated the maintenance staff and all their hard work. Any problem we had was fixed quickly and correctly. We liked that we had a parking space in the garage, and that we never had to fight for outside parking with our other vehicle. We bought a puppy during our time with Woodridge and were so appreciative of the compassion and help that the staff showed. This is a very dog friendly apartment and I would encourage that if you like dogs, or have a dog, to call this place your home. Thank you Woodridge for the last year, and helping us call this complex our home!

Northpointe: Very Homey, Good Neighbords, Well-Kept

The rent includes heat and a/c, so many great amenities. The staff is always willing to help with anything and quickly. The neighbors are friendly-not always quiet The whole area inside and outside is always well taken care of. Updates to the bldg. and grounds are made frequently.
