I have been a resident of E-Streets coming up on four years now! I can’t even tell you how much I love it here. The rooms are affordable, welcoming and beautiful. We have close proximity to Bethel, Northwestern, Traders and easy access to 35, 694 & 36. The property is well kept due to our awesome maintenance gal Amy. The property manager Chelsea is amazing as well. She responds quickly to emails, comments, concerns and questions. She hosts fun events for the students and she’s always looking for something new to add to the space. For instance, we just got a little library which is great to study in. The gym is my favorite with all the basic bells and whistles for a great workout and I have even rented out both party rooms for events. This place is the bomb for students!

The office and maintenance crew are great to work with! They are accommodating and respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours! Nothing bad to say at all!

That it is a very quiet place. Friendly staff who respond quickly to questions and requests. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and excellent access to freeways and highways .
Greenfield: Best Apartment Ever- Great People, Lots of Room for Kids
PROS: The management and maintanance team fill the gaps if ever there is one. Every single maintanance request or inquery has been responded to quickly and within reason. This team works hard for it’s tennants and it shows. The office has good hours so the working folks can pick up a package and the facilities are well kept. (sidewalk replair, street repair….) The yard behind each of the two buildings is a huge, safe * , play area for kids and family. Tons of room to run and play right outside your window. Most places can look nice, but dont’ actually have a place to kick a ball. The outdoor pool is the best! it’s clean, in a beautiful location, and is always widely used thanks to it’s good condition and location. CONS: The only possible thing I can say is not perfect is the indoor pool in the party house. It’s loud when a party is present, and the bathrooms can be in need of extra cleaning. Completely understandable.

York Plaza: Comfortable, Friendly Staff, Good Neighbors, Up-to-Date Amenities, Quick Maintenance Response.
I would suggest it was a quiet neighborhood with large, comfortable apartments and common areas. The office staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The housekeeping staff is responsive to resident needs. The maintenance staff is quick to respond, friendly, and results-orientated. The shared facilities … such as the pools, weight and exercise areas, party room, business center and outside grounds … are kept in top shape year-round. Residents interact well; they are friendly and helpful towards one another, though there is a diverse cultural and ethnicity mix. I have lived here for over 15 years and have always found York Plaza well-suited for my needs and those of my family.
