I lived at Stonehill for approximately one year. Every member of the staff is professional and very kind. They were very flexible with my move in and move out times in addition to any maintenance issues that I experienced (which were not many). The property itself is made up of some great tenants and it truly does feel like a community. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond to any issues and accommodated my cat along the way. Overall I’d recommend this property to anyone young or old who is looking for a quality apartment at a competitive price, that has phenomenal staff, great neighbors and close access to awesome retail.

NorthPointe- Very happy with my apartment
Many great things about NorthPointe! Jodi was a great help upon our lease signing and move-in; she is prompt answering emails/questions a new tenant might have. The grounds are always kept up nicely, maintenance guys are very friendly, convenient location, i almost never hear my neighbors while in my apt, the windows all have storm windows, i love that the pool area is open at all times- the whirlpool is a real treat after working long days, parking is great! Apartment was in great condition and very clean upon move-in. You can definitely see the difference in quality and reputation when comparing NorthPointe management to the standards of other large Milwaukee area property management companies. So glad i moved to NorthPointe!
One Southdale Place- Great location, great apartments, great service!
Great location, great apartments and great service! The staff at One Southdale Place goes out of their way to make living at One Southdale Place a wonderful place to live. Facilities and apartment design are of high quality. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and movie theaters. Easy access to freeways and the airport. Highly recommended.
Remington Cove- Best apartment complex I’ve lived in
This is easily the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, both in its management and general quality. The apartments themselves are very nice with up to date appliances, any issues I’ve had have been quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. The manager Catherine is both dependable and reasonable, I’ve enjoyed having her as my landlord this past year and will continue to stay here!
Remington Cove- Staff
We want to say how much we appreciate the quality of our property management staff at Remington Cove in Apple Valley, MN. Catherine Ragozzino and her staff(Robin, Jon & Alfonso) do a great job and make us feel right at home. They are responsive to our concerns and suggestions. Our cat, Maggie, likes living here also. They most certainly deserve recognition for their efforts.
Lamplighter Village: Great Affordable Home in the City!
Moved in 3/1/15. The staff is wonderful! They are kind, helpful and friendly. When I moved in the apartment was sparkling and smelled great…a quality I had a hard time finding in pet friendly apartments. I love the big balcony and spacious rooms. The handle on the toilet was almost broken when I moved in, I called and that same day the maintenance came to fix it! There is a full-time grounds keeper and I am looking forward to seeing all the kids at the pool this summer! This is a family (including furry family) friendly complex. It is conveniently located…on busline. Close to shopping. Etc. Although this is an inner-city type of complex and some of the surrounding neighborhood is poor and run-down. Lamplighter Village is a little diamond in the rough, in my opinion. It is not high-end but it is clean, lovely and well maintained And Affordable! The residents are a mixture of friendly working class/family/young professionals and I love the diversity. Yep, Romeo and I already love it here! I think I made a good choice for my English Bulldog & me and I would recommend to friends.
Parkside: Maintenance and Staff
Staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance responds quickly and does quality work. Activities for the community to get to meet each other is frequent and fun. Thank you for a very nice place to live.
Coachman Trails: I Very Much Enjoy Living At Coachman Trails
I have lived here for 10 years. I have seen a steady improvement in the appearance of the facilities, the quality of the management and maintenance, and the over all quality of the living atmosphere. I hope to remain living here for years to come.
Hopkins Plaza: Great Management and Maintenance Crew; Good Neighbor and Enjoyable Views
Great location! Hopkins is a fun city and small so its easy to get around. There are community activities, a variety of restaurants, a good movie theater with low cost tickets, the arts center is awesome -great entertainment and community classes. Hopkins is the home of a top quality public performing arts high school, Main Street School of Performing Arts. There are quality car repair shops, storage facilities, banks, grocery store (Driskills), exercise places, hair salons, small fun shops, a variety of businesses such as acupuncture, massage, accountants, dentists, Hopkins Vision Clinic, ACE Hardware, and more. Its close to HI 7 & Knollwood Mall; its off Excelsior Blvd., giving access to many St. Louis Park businesses including Methodist Hospital & Park Nicollet Clinic; & its very close to HI 169. In the complex, they take very good care of the outdoor swimming pool. Snow-removal efforts are excellent – they keep the walk ways cleared and salted. I’ve lived here for 5 years now & I’ve met some wonderful neighbors. Throughout the year there are several fun activities for the residents to get to know each other and local city service personnel often attend. Stuart Co Mgmt and our local mgmt work hard to provide a quality place for residents to call home.
Northpointe: Amazingly Kept, Quality Apartments
It is like living in a hotel except you have your own kitchen and living space.
