There were several factors that played into our decision to make E Street

  • I was looking for an affordable three bedroom option. Once the manager showed me the unit, I was impressed with the space, the lighting and the cleanliness. I told my husband I could envision the two of us living here.
  • It is conveniently located close to Bethel. My husband was a student, so a fast and easy commute to school was high on the list.
  • The property manager was a huge seller for me. I knew I could trust her and all the terms and conditions of the agreement were easy to follow. We knew exactly what we were getting with making E Street our home.
  • The gym. As a trainer, having a quality workout area is top of my list. I love the layout and the equipment!

We spent month and months praying for an ideal location for my work and his schooling. After seeing the unit we would potentially live in, I told my husband that I felt like our prayers have been answered. We are meant to stay here. We’ve been here three years and it’s the best decision we made!

Heritage Landing- Top of the List

I knew Heritage Landing was where I wanted to live the moment we went on a [tour]. My buddy and I had pinpointed the North Loop and Northeast as our top choices of places to live and probably vetted 15-20 properties before making the decision to go with Heritage Landing. As soon as we went on our tour Heritage Landing rose to the top of our list- namely because of the layout of the units and the amenities, not to mention the rooftop! Heritage Landing stood out over the other properties in the North Loop primarily because of our experience working with the management team. We came in and let them know what we were looking for and they stayed in close contact with us as we moved closer to our ideal move-in date, keeping us informed of potential openings.

Washburn on the Park- Never Want to Leave!

I have lived in Washburn for seven years and never want to leave! The building is safe, beautiful, clean and full of every amenity one could need. The building manager, Sarah, is always reliable, professional, friendly and helpful. Whether it be a misplaced key in the middle of the night or a simple maintenance request, Sarah can always be counted on to serve her residents in a speedy manner. Sarah puts the residents first. For example, she organizes fun and free catered holiday celebrations in the building for all residents to attend. The location of the building is stellar — right on the bus line and in walking distance to downtown.

430 Oak Grove- Lacey is the best!

[Property Manager] Lacey Hanson is a huge part of why I rented at 430 Oak Grove. I was looking at many other properties in the area, but the service I received from Lacey was above and beyond what your competitors are offering. Many managers were slow to reply and responded with only basic answers. Lacey was prompt to respond to all my questions, was very positive/authentic, even adding personalized/additional commentary, and was extremely accommodating to my out-of-town schedule. I have confidence in renting at this location because of Lacey and her overall leadership and management style. E-Street Flats: Amazing Community, Great Amenities, So Convenient!

Some of the benefits of living at E Street are the kind and professional staff, the excellent apartment layouts and the large parking lot. I appreciate the common areas and I have met a lot of other residents going to school, just like me.
