Many great things about NorthPointe! Jodi was a great help upon our lease signing and move-in; she is prompt answering emails/questions a new tenant might have. The grounds are always kept up nicely, maintenance guys are very friendly, convenient location, i almost never hear my neighbors while in my apt, the windows all have storm windows, i love that the pool area is open at all times- the whirlpool is a real treat after working long days, parking is great! Apartment was in great condition and very clean upon move-in. You can definitely see the difference in quality and reputation when comparing NorthPointe management to the standards of other large Milwaukee area property management companies. So glad i moved to NorthPointe!

Love 430 Oak Grove
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the historic charm, the location, exercise room, no noise (very thick walls/floors) and having Loring Park right across the street. The staff is friendly, professional, and attend to requests promptly. We highly recommend 430 Oak Grove!

Love living at York Plaza. The workout area is always clean and never too busy. Maintenance is prompt and staff is very knowledgable.

This is the best place to Live in Edina! You have Centennial Lakes, Super Target, DMV office, Cub Foods, YMCA and plenty of other things in close walking distance. Management is one of the best i have seen so far, and they are prompt and caring. The community has one of the best party rooms with a home theater, pool table, and pretty big size dinning area. It also offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and gym area. 1 Bed Room Apartment is pretty decent size ( 900 Sq Ft) and noise is almost 0 with the Concrete Walls. I highly recommend this apartment.
Greenfield: I Love It Here!
Where do I start? I love it here! The maintenance people are amazing – so speedy and friendly! The office staff is great and answers any and all questions very promptly. There is a great community feeling within Greenfield, there are events open to the residents and the people around are friendly.

Greenfield: I Have Enjoyed Living Here So Far!
The maintenance staff are tremendously helpful. They have responded to all of my requests promptly. The office staff are always helpful as well. I really appreciate having covered parking, laundry in the unit, and the ability to pay rent online. The only things that bother me are the loudness of the heat when it kicks on (the clicking noise is really irritating) and the fact that I can hear the upstairs neighbor stomping around a lot.
