I lived at Stonehill for approximately one year. Every member of the staff is professional and very kind. They were very flexible with my move in and move out times in addition to any maintenance issues that I experienced (which were not many). The property itself is made up of some great tenants and it truly does feel like a community. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond to any issues and accommodated my cat along the way. Overall I’d recommend this property to anyone young or old who is looking for a quality apartment at a competitive price, that has phenomenal staff, great neighbors and close access to awesome retail.

Deer Ridge- True professionals
Jill is a fantastic manager, and Kaitlin her assistant is so professional. I am leaving Deer Ridge only because I have purchased a home. Both Jill and Kaitlin were so wonderful to contact me with showings. I was at my townhome when they brought a couple in. They are true professionals in everyway. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed living at Deer Ridge with the wonderful management staff.
Park Glen- I’m glad I chose this apartment
I looked at a lot of apartments in the area. And I’m glad I chose this one. The leasing staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Always able to answer questions I had about the property. The maintenance guys are always quick at fixing any issue on the grounds. All the staff are helpful beyond what should be expected and are always smiling. This place has all the amenities I wanted in a property and does not disappoint. Very reasonably priced.

One Southdale Place- Friendly, Cooperative, Professional
I have been living here for over 8 months now and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The staff is very friendly, cooperative and professional. I moved from NYC and all my stuff arrived before I did and the staff was kind enough to get all the big and heavy moving boxes delivered up to my apartment (they did ask me for authorization first). The neighbors are also very nice and friendly. It’s more like a family community and they do not make you feel like an outsider at all. The apartments are nice and clean and maintenance requests are attended to promptly, if not the same day. It also has the most convenient locations and has 24 hr groceries, pharmacies coffee shops etc right across the street.
Moving here was probably one of the best decisions I made when I decided to move to Minneapolis!
Remington Cove- Outstanding place to live
Remington Cove is an outstanding place to live! Extremely convenient proximity to a wide variety of shopping and dining. Property and all appliances are new, and very well maintained. The office staff have been friendly, professional, and will go out of their way to assist with any concerns that may arise. Highly recommend!
We Love Living at The View
Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.
Fantastic Home!
The staff at 430 Oak Grove is incredibly professional and friendly. They even walk your dog for you while you’re at work! The amenities are great, the building is clean and well maintained, and the pricing is competitive. The beautiful historic building of 430 Oak Grove has been updated to beautiful luxury boutique apartments with new appliances and fixtures, giving you a luxury apartment feel with high-end finishes while enjoying a mixture of the historic beauty of the building, conveniently located in Loring Park.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the historic charm, the location, exercise room, no noise (very thick walls/floors) and having Loring Park right across the street. The staff is friendly, professional, and attend to requests promptly. We highly recommend 430 Oak Grove!
The View: Kudos to the Management Team!
We lived at the View from May 2014-May 2015 on the 4th floor facing the lake. The View was our transition place between selling our home we lived in for 25 years and moving to Colorado. The management staff Susie, Mario, Jesse, Randy and Corrin are outstanding, genuine, professional individuals. Kudos again to the management team for all the events you provide, and your role in connecting residents with each other. We will maintain friendships with a number of like-minded people we met at our brief time at the View. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, well maintained, and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center and classes Megan rocks , and miles of biking walking running trails. A special thank you to Mario for keeping the common areas sparkling clean, for the delicious coffee, and for your time and attention on our move-out-day you know what we are referring to . And Susie, your energy and enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you all and we miss you.
