430 Oak Grove- Lacey is the best!

[Property Manager] Lacey Hanson is a huge part of why I rented at 430 Oak Grove. I was looking at many other properties in the area, but the service I received from Lacey was above and beyond what your competitors are offering. Many managers were slow to reply and responded with only basic answers. Lacey was prompt to respond to all my questions, was very positive/authentic, even adding personalized/additional commentary, and was extremely accommodating to my out-of-town schedule. I have confidence in renting at this location because of Lacey and her overall leadership and management style. Thank you for investing in people like Lacey who create such an amazing, positive experience.

Positive Staff, Great Maintenance Team

Our experience at Northpointe has been positive. The staff are friendly, and the maintenance team (Jack and Tony) shows a real sense of ownership in their care of the building and grounds. If there is a need to fix or replace aspects of your apartment, just enter in a work order and they will take care of you. If you see something around the building that has not been taken care of yet, simply enter in a work order request. It’s likely it just hadn’t been reported and you will be helping by pointing out the small things. Jack and Tony clearly take pride in their stewardship of Northpointe. The only downside I could pick out are the rental rates going up year after year, which is stated to happen because the rates have increased in the area’s market. $10/month increase in 2014 and a $40/month increase this year. Keep this in mind that with apartment living. The amenities are great, having a 24/7 indoor pool and whirlpool is very nice. I feel the Property Manager, Melanie, took up the mantle from her predecessor very proficiently, and has successfully built up an expanded office staff. Speaking of the office staff, you can drop-in virtually any time during their hours to get a quick answer to your questions. They care about your experience living there.
