Have lived with Parkside for a year now. We will be re-signing for another due to our experience. The staff helping us have been friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The pool, gym, and grills are nice benefits. Maintenance staff have been quick and self-service through their management software has been convenient. Highly recommend.

NorthPointe- Always impressed
I am always impressed by the management team and their follow up with residents about any concerns. I really enjoy living at NorthPointe and always tell people how impressively well maintained it is, and how responsive all the staff are. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been addressed immediately. I love all the facilities especially the gym, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and the heated underground parking is the icing on the cake! Thank you to all the staff for all your commitment and hard work!
Highland Ridge- Beautifully updated apartment complex
Beautifully updated apartment complex. It is located in the middle of a well maintained, park-like rental neighborhood; about 8 minutes southeast of the Highland Park Village. The apartments are modern and spacious. The prices may be higher in comparison to the neighboring apartment buildings, but the amenities are spectacular (indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, business center, small theater and party room… just to name a few). Did I mention the in-unit stackable washer/dryers? The staff is kind and helpful. The inner courtyard seems like a wonderful place to read a book. There a surface parking lots available for no extra cost, but there is also the option of underground garage spots for a fee (depending on availability).
Stonehill- You won’t find a better apartment
I’m moving very soon due to a job opportunity out of state. If it was not for that I would happily continue living here and renew my lease. You will not find a better apartment complex to rent from. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance here is awesome – if there is an issue they take care of it immediately as well as making sure it is done right – no shortcuts or band aids. The neighbors are awesome as well – I’ve enjoyed their company in the commons area, the pool and hot tub – which all are kept immaculately clean. I hope that my new place takes care of me and my apartment as well as Stonehill has. Great place and I will miss living here!
Coachman Trails- Great place to live
Great place to live. Moved in after downsizing and this place is almost perfect. Great staff…maintenance is always done quickly on minor things. Pool is fantastic. Underground parking is a great thing. I’d highly recommend Coachman to any friend looking for a nice apartment complex with overall great neighbors and solid amenities.
NorthPointe- Very happy with my apartment
Many great things about NorthPointe! Jodi was a great help upon our lease signing and move-in; she is prompt answering emails/questions a new tenant might have. The grounds are always kept up nicely, maintenance guys are very friendly, convenient location, i almost never hear my neighbors while in my apt, the windows all have storm windows, i love that the pool area is open at all times- the whirlpool is a real treat after working long days, parking is great! Apartment was in great condition and very clean upon move-in. You can definitely see the difference in quality and reputation when comparing NorthPointe management to the standards of other large Milwaukee area property management companies. So glad i moved to NorthPointe!
Eagle Creek Townhomes- We love it here!
Our family has been living here for over 2 years and we love it! The staff are very friendly and helpful, maintenance is good and the area is well kept. The pool and exercise room are great bonuses to an already great townhome community. I would highly suggest anyone to live here!!
Carver Lake Townhomes- Wonderful!
My fiancé and I have lived here for a few months now and we love it! Jess, the property manager, is wonderful. She is very responsive to emails and address concerns in a timely fashion. We love the area and being close to the lake. The pool and dog park are wonderful amenities!
Northpointe- Don’t ever want to live anywhere else!
I moved here last December. I chose Northpointe because of the amenities they offer. Indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. On-site gym and weight room. The cyber lounge. They have maintenance on staff daily as well as office staff. Not only is the staff polite and helpful, but they remember my name and apartment number (there are over 100 apartments!) The place is professionally cleaned each week. There is a car washing station in the underground garage! I can rinse off my car as often as I like. The tenants I have met all seem happy here. I’ve talked to a number of people who have lived here for more than 10 years! I can’t wait for my first Summer here. The air conditioning (as well as the heat) is included in my rent!
Highland Ridge: Wonderful Place To Live
We downsized, selling our home, and after an extensive search chose Highland Ridge as our new home. We are thrilled with our choice. Not only is the apartment itself perfect for our new life style but the building is quiet as can be, very clean, the office staff as well as the maintenance staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The pool, spa, workout room are such a great bonus as well. We would recommend Highland Ridge to anyone. We feel right at home!
