Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the historic charm, the location, exercise room, no noise (very thick walls/floors) and having Loring Park right across the street. The staff is friendly, professional, and attend to requests promptly. We highly recommend 430 Oak Grove!

I recently used the party room for a large gathering and every guest commented on how beautiful the place is. I would say expect to be impressed. Im not saying this just because I work for the company, however its ranked #12 out of 100 pretty impressive. The staff do an excellent job taking care of the property.
