The two Southwest Gables maintenance men are awesome. They worked tirelessly to get my new black appliances installed and operating correctly. They are pleasant, polite and certainly very knowledgeable. I wanted to express my appreciation for all they did.

Greenfield: Nice Safe Place For Families
Quiet and pleasant. But unfortunately the propery are beside land field, and that is the nice view I have in my apartment. Even the office knowing that this would happen they increase the price of rent. So if my friend are interesting I would said also Do not take apartement at North side of the property.
Carver Lake: Love Living Here So Far
The development is close to 494, so there is quick access to anywhere you want to go. However, even though we are close to a freeway, it is almost like being in a rural area. The view from our deck is of Carver Lake Park – and the lake itself. I have seen other reviews in which the reviewer complains about hearing noise from neighbors. Very rarely we have heard a little noise if a neighbor has music on or is watching a noisy movie. But even on those rare occasions, it has not been very loud – certainly not loud enough to be bothersome. Staff members are professional and pleasant.
Greenfield: Awesome Apartments
This is a great place to live in the Minnetonka/Hopkins area. If you are looking for a safe, quiet place to live in the area, this is the place for you. These apartments are literally soundproof. The updated apartments on the 3rd floor are very nice and I love the new appliances and vaulted ceilings. The maintenance responds faster than I’ve ever seen at other places and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They really care about their residents. Love all the amenities too – underground parking, the gym, pools, and plenty of outdoor parking for guests. Love that pets are allowed here too. Overall this is a great and pleasant place to call home!
430 Oak Grove: A Very Peaceful And Pleasant Place To Live
It’s a very peaceful and pleasant place to live. The historic building was renovated beautifully with modern fixtures. The hallways and apartments are full of natural light–I absolutely love the large windows. The staff are very professional and helpful whenever they are needed. It’s a great building for anyone who wants modern amenities, to live near downtown Minneapolis, and also wants a touch of the outdoors close-by. (Loring Park)
E Street Flats: Convenient
Management and maintenance are timely and pleasant. Very convenient for living an efficient student life! The kitchens are slightly small, but overall the apartments are spacious.
Hopkins Plaza: Good Place to Live, Good People- Residents and Staff
Local Management are professional and considerate. The current maintenance man is knowledgeable and experienced. There is an enjoyable cultural mix of residents. People are friendly. The grounds are well-maintained. Management arranges some enjoyable social events for the residents. Hopkins is a pleasant city in which to reside; there are some very enjoyable local activities and events, such as the arts center, the movie theater, various retail shops, the library, the grocery store, restaurants, the city park with band shell, the summer farmers market, which are all within walking distance of Hopkins Plaza.
The Plaza: Lovely Place
Comfortable, quiet, pleasant, well-maintained. Pricey but almost worth it. Second floor hallways rugs need replacing.
Woodridge: Testimonial
My wife and I have lived here for over three years now and no reasons or plans to leave soon. The staff is always pleasant and very attentive. The place is well cared for, always clean and maintenance requests are handled immediately. We are close to EVERYTHING in Eagan and the big cities but our neighborhood is very quiet.
