Stonehill- Professional, kind staff

I lived at Stonehill for approximately one year. Every member of the staff is professional and very kind. They were very flexible with my move in and move out times in addition to any maintenance issues that I experienced (which were not many). The property itself is made up of some great tenants and it truly does feel like a community. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond to any issues and accommodated my cat along the way. Overall I’d recommend this property to anyone young or old who is looking for a quality apartment at a competitive price, that has phenomenal staff, great neighbors and close access to awesome retail.

Coachman Trails- Highly recommend

I’m in to my second year at Coachman. I really like the place and the staff are great. IF you have an issue they will address right away. Great amenities and cleaning staff is working all the time to keep the building looking great. I highly recommend Coachman Trails. I lived in the 1305 building my first year; great tenants but it’s the dog building (I love dogs) so its’ a great place for dogs. I moved to the 1405 building and it’s also great. I moved to get into a unique corner 2 Bedroom. Both buildings are awesome.

151 on 8- Amazing location & spacious townhomes

We lived in one of the 3-bedroom town homes for two years. You absolutely can’t beat the price for all the space you get. Amazing location in an awesome little downtown, excellent maintenance & office staff. The pet-friendliness was a must have for us. Wonderfully diverse community, lots of young families (i.e. many kids around but are friendly and well-behaved).

The Madison- An awesome apartment

I absolutely loved living at the Madison! I recently moved out to live in a larger apartment with my fiancé, however it was difficult to leave such an awesome apartment at the Madison. The Madison is perfect for the young professional or single person who is looking to live somewhere quiet. Because it is a building of only studios, there aren’t young children running around or a lot of commotion. It’s pet friendly too, which was a huge plus for me. Management was also wonderful, always friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. I’m sad to leave and would definitely refer the Madison to anyone!

One Southdale Place- Love it!

Love it!! The Assistant Manager was wonderful helping us find an apartment. We had been looking online and it was her friendliness and welcoming personality that sold us from the beginning. Everything went seamlessly. Adam and Dan have been helpful and never seem bothered by my questions. The Property Director actually knew my name the first day when I saw her in the hall. Since there are a lot of people here I was really taken back. The maintenance staff are meticulous! They are prompt, thorough and friendly. Edwardo is very quick and accurate very respectful and friendly. The Supervisor personally came to install shower bars for us (due to an upcoming surgery.) The Caretakers are always working hard have such a nice attitude smiling all the time they must really enjoy their work and it shows.

The place is really clean! My husband and I are very impressed overall. The apartments are really nice and spacious, higher ceilings, subway tile back splash, and nice wide dark stained base.

I love the rooftop deck and lounge, panoramic views of the city, the movie room and club room and many other amenities. The club room can be rented out for private parties. There are too many amenities and events to mention. I thought I was in heaven when I saw the Starbucks machine available for residents.

The fitness center is laid out quite well with space between equipment. They supply mats and kettle Bells, medicine balls and hand weights. The equipment is in good shape. There is a space to stretch or do your own thing on a mat. They have free Pilates and Body Sculpting as well as Yoga on the roof.

They do allow pets and if you have a furry one there are some grassy areas all around the building and the park is just two blocks away and the community has other dogs to socialize with. I never hear barking dogs.

The Underground Parking is FREE~ Nice! We are surrounded by stuff and things to do in all directions. I wouldn’t know where to start or stop if I commented on all there is available here. This is one of the main reasons we chose this community over any other. Almost everything is walkable. Right next door to Southdale Mall right across from Cub Foods and on the other side of the Galleria a 2 minute walk. On foot you can get to Super Target in about 7 minutes and the entrance to Centennial Park in about 10.

Lamplighter Village – Staff are Wonderful & Helpful!

I have lived here at Lamplighter for almost a year. The staff are wonderful and helpful. If you have a problem, they are quick to fix the issue. One time I was having trouble with my car and a friend was helping me diagnose the issue but did not have the correct tools. One of the maintenance men stopped and offered his tools to fix my squeaky belt when he could have kept on walking. The staff care, they know you by name and don’t just take your money and push you out the door. The staff put on one of the scariest Haunted House’s I have seen in a long time this last year (2015). The kids had such a blast.
Sure, the neighborhood is not the best, but the staff go out of their way to help make our area as safe as possible with community meetings, kid afternoon lunch program during the summer and monthly resident get-togethers so we can meet out neighbors.

Best of all, this is a pet friendly apartment living and where neighbors really do care about each other…

Safe, Well Maintained and Consistantly Beautiful

THE PLAZA APARTMENT HOMES has been my home for nearly a year. I feel the the apartment complex is safe, well maintained, and consistently beautiful. A gracious touch to our exterior decor’ is the potted floral arrangements changed four times during the year to mark the seasons. The pool area, lawns, and front entry are well attended. A major consideration for me in choosing an apartment was safety, accessibility, and appropriateness for caring for my toddler granddaughter. She loves to come here weekly, where she hugs the welcoming Hometown Charlie Brown on her way past the entry fountain and large party room. She has become acquainted with friendly residents of all ages. The Plaza is pet-friendly, so greeting dogs and watching resident cats are favorite activities for this child, as well as caring for flowers on the all-concrete-and-steel deck. Our heated underground parking is convenient and safe for her, as well as all the adults who make The Plaza their home. Management strives to meet the needs of a great variety of residents through prompt maintenance response, and by planning a wide selection of social gatherings, movies, and exercise classes. We enjoy a book club, card-playing groups, and various games. The Plaza shuttle provides convenient transportation to local shopping and outings. Complementary transport to the airport can also be arranged. I appreciate many facets of a gracious life here at The Plaza.

Genesee: More Than Just An Apartment, A Wonderful Home

I’ve lived in many apartments from New York to California, but Genesee is by far the best of all. I’m at a point in my life when I could live anywhere in the world, and I chose to live here. The people, the amenities, the maintenance – it’s all terrific. I love the community gatherings at different times throughout the year. I love that there is a wide age range of people who live here. I love the pet residents and really appreciate how they are welcomed and nurtured. And I m going to especially love having a major grocery store right across the street Genesee is a precious gem in the Twin Cities.
