Woodstone is the perfect home for our family of two adults and a kitty. We love the spacious layout (including a roomy deck), updated kitchen, and ample parking. Great location, AMAZING staff and timely maintenance to our unit make this a wonderful home!

Heritage Landing- First Place We Toured
[Heritage Landing] was the first place we toured in our search for a perfect place to call home after living in the burbs for 35 years of our married life. After taking tours of at least 20 different properties from Northeast Minneapolis to Loring Park, we never could quite get Heritage Landing out of our minds.
Our two level townhouse is perfect for the two of us and allows our children to visit when in town. Guest parking was a huge selling point. Virtually nonexistent in the downtown vicinity! We have enjoyed the 9 months we have lived here and look forward to many more years at this location.
We Love Living at The View
Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.
High Quality Care
The townhomes are perfect for a small family or couple, with all the amenities you need. We absolutely love how helpful, attentive and understanding the maintenance and staff people are. They are quick to solve problems and make sure you are taken care of. One time I locked my keys in my garage on a Saturday afternoon and the maintenance man came and unlocked the garage for us within half an hour! We have never experienced the quality of care that Eagle Creek has provided anywhere else.
Woodridge: Home is Where You Feel Like a Family
I have never in my life lived where I felt that I belong. The sense of family and community are perfect for my daughter and I. The entire staff are helpful and friendly. Honestly if you’re looking for a nice place to call home, this is the place for you. At times the hallways are a bit smelly from the animals, but as soon as you call, it’s taken care of. Yes you can hear your neighbors at time. But just normal for apartments. Very safe, secure and otherwise quiet.
Highland Ridge: Great Place to Call Home
I moved here right out of high school, 9 years ago. I can’t believe its been that long but I’ve loved living here. Sure there have been a few bumps in the road; several staff changes, a few management changes, changes to the building etc but again, I’ve lived here 9 years – a lot happens in that time. The units are great, the maintenance staff is superb: Dan Wolf is the best maintenance man you’ll ever meet. He’s beyond knowledgeable, very funny, quick and gets his work done. Anytime anything has ever overflowed, leaked, stopped working etc, it gets fixed that day. These guys are good. They recently renovated and upgraded the apartments including mine – looks awesome. You’re going to pay a bit more but its worth it. Having the washer and dryer IN your unit saves so much time/money, not having to pay for water, trash, heat/AC is equally as amazing. The computer room (fax, printer, scanner is perfect for the full time college student like myself), party room and game room (which we’ve used a lot in the past 9 years!) pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing in the 10 months of winter we usually have, the BBQs and tables/chairs in the back are fun for small gatherings or just a nice fun dinner, the list goes on. The amenities if you use them, are well worth the price. All in all, I’ve had a great time living here. I’ll be sad to leave when I do but I’ll always have fun memories at Highland Ridge =)
Eagle Creek: Great Staff and Great Location
Pros: I love my townhouse, the office staff is fantastic, I have wonderful neighbors, and the location is perfect. Cons: If something is broken, fix it yourself because it will take maintenance a long time to take care of it, and they will more than likely screw it up or break something else trying to fix the original problem.
Southwest Gables: Perfect Apartment, Me and My Wife are Really Happy Here
I will highly recommend if someone asked me about it, place is very nice.
Genesee: We LOVE Living Here
The amenities are awesome. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The buildings and grounds are kept very clean. The apartments are quiet. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, Herbergers, Target and Kohls not mention a number of other stores within 2 blocks of here. We’re on the bus line. 494 is a block away but you never hear the trafific. Genesee is in a perfect location. After selling our home and not having another one ready to move into, we decided to live in an apartment while we house searched. It had been many years since we lived in an apartment and we weren’t sure we’d like it. Much to our surprise we like it SO well we are still trying to decide if we just stay here. Genesee Apartments are absolutely wonderful.
York Plaza: Perfect
It’s a great location, it has amazing amenities, and everyone is very friendly.
