Feel pretty safe here. The property managers are extremely kind here and you know that they care for the people who live here. They get creative and throw little events for everyone to get together which is nice. I haven’t had any problems but I know if I did I can easily talk to them and they would get on it ASAP. They clean regularly which is a plus. Everyone who lives here is nice and laid back. Favorite thing about my apartment is the decks, I love there there’s trees and plants in the middle walkway and that there’s a tree right by my deck. Definitely felt at home in these apartments.

One Southdale Place- In love
I just signed my lease for my 4th year here at OSP. I fell in love with this place the very first day I took a tour. And three full years later, I am still in love with OSP. I chose a 1st Floor unit because of the patio. Great place to relax and read a book. If something needs repair, the matter is taken care of promptly. There are not enough words to describe the staff here. Every day, they are working to make our lives comfortable. They are always attentive to our needs. And their smiles cheer you up, even if your day has not gone as well as you had planned it. The area, too, is outstanding. Almost everything one could possibly need is within walking distance. That was another reason I fell for One Southdale Place.
Heritage Landing- Living “At Home”
In the townhouse style units, we love the two-story layout and the separation of the living and sleeping spaces. Each of the bedrooms also has an attached full bath, which we love for when we have guests stay! The outside patio space for our unit is unbeatable in the North Loop area. These factors together make living at Heritage Landing feel more like living “at home” than any other apartment we’ve ever had!”
