I moved here in late April 2016. The Management, Maintenance and my Neighbors just outstanding. The grounds, the hallways, clubhouse everything is impeccable. If looking for a new home come here first and you wont need to look any further.

Genesee: I Love Living Here – I Can’t Hear Anything At All Ever – It Is So Quiet And I LOVE My Apartment!
Its the best place – I have been wanting to move back to the area after I bought a townhome – Bloomington did themselves proud by allowing Genesee to be built! The apartements are phenomenal, the residents are the best and the staff is outstanding! I am so happy to live here at Genesee~
