Management and maintenance are timely and pleasant. Very convenient for living an efficient student life! The kitchens are slightly small, but overall the apartments are spacious.

This was an amazing first apartment. The workers are extremely nice and get back to you in a very timely manner. The gym, study lounge, and movie theater room are very nice to have. The free wifi and cable is also a plus! It is such a safe, fun environment and super close to everything.

E street is a great choice for college students It is a friendly and safe environment. Everything you need is here or very close by. Rent is a bit expensive but you definitely get what you paid for

Living at E Street Flats is one of the best living experiences that I have had during my college experience. Living in the dorms was fun and a cool experience, but there’s nothing like living in your own apartment. The rent is cheap compared to many of the off-campus housing options, especially since it includes all of your utilities and cable/internet. I love it. I would live here forever!

Living at E Street has surpassed all my expectations. The flats are amazing and are very well done. The community is wonderful and the fact that management puts on events for us to get to know each other is great! I will recommend E Street to any and every student who is looking for a good place to live. It is also within walking distance of a pharmacy, target, caribou, and many other places in Shoreview. I LOVE it here!

E-Street Flats has everything you need. I feel secure and safe in the building. I love the gym downstairs. I am able to keep to myself and get things done without a ton of noise. I love that cable and Internet are included in my rent every month. The laundry room is convenient…just swipe my credit card, rather than worry about how I’m going to get some change for the machines! I enjoy living here and think you will too!
