There are many things to do and options for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. While I’d like to see more activities for kids, (Indoor play area), I am thankful for the start of the activity area for children. Many more children have come to Northpointe and there are only a few area to play. The back lawn has become a football field. Perhaps between the play area and the tennis court a basketball court can be put up using the key to get in. : )

I’ve been here for many years and haven’t wanted to leave due to the excellent service I’ve received. The building is kept extremely clean at all times, which is a big plus. The office personnel, Jodi and Melanie are very professional, friendly and know exactly what to do if service is needed. Love the way they have the phone calls set up to let residents know if the building is having a party or there is repair to the parking lot, etc. No surprises – that’s what residents like. That phone system has been in place since Melanie started and thank you to her. The maintenance, Jack and Tony, are the absolute best at everything, and always happy to do what it takes. By the way, so glad Jack has come back to Northpointe.

The staff is great. They listen to your concerns and deal with them in a very expedited manner. The property is always well kept, repairs made very quickly. This is my first real experience in an apartment. I lived in a house all my life, but this place really feels like a home. I would tell anyone to come here to live. There is something very special about Northpointe.

The rent includes heat and a/c, so many great amenities. The staff is always willing to help with anything and quickly. The neighbors are friendly-not always quiet The whole area inside and outside is always well taken care of. Updates to the bldg. and grounds are made frequently.

Northpointe: A Wonderful Place To Live
Last week the meteorologist on TV said it would be an exceptionally windy evening, & finished up by saying”get ready to hear the windows rattle”. My windows didn’t rattle. As a matter of fact, my windows never rattle, nor does the wind get in thru any of my windows. This is probably the soundest place I have ever lived in including my own homes.
