There are many things I love about this apartment. The open space, dog run, garbage shoot, friendly staff, etc. I love living here. Most of the neighbors are very friendly a handful of them are a little sketchy domestic issues, creepy guys that make you feel uncomfortable. No matter where you live you’ll always have a little of that. Overall I highly recommend Woodridge Apartments. It is a beautiful, nice, clean, safe place to live.

Parkside: Nice Apartments, Lovely Setting, Excellent Service
It is almost like living in countryside. There are trails, parks, and lakes minutes away. Shopping is close. It is quiet. Staff are friendly and maintenance response is unbelievable.
Woodridge: Great Place to Live
The staff in the office really makes this place so wonderful. Also, the maintenance crew is amazing, timely and friendly. We really appreciate the care put into our place and requests. The apartments are kept clean and same with the grounds. It is safe and nice
Exceptionally Tidy Grounds, and Impeccably Organized Staff
I honestly can say that this is the nicest place I’ve ever lived in. The grounds are meticulous, the tenants are respectful of others, and the staff is on point. This is a home I enjoy showing off to colleagues, friends and family.
York Plaza: York Plaza Review
Its very nice for the amount you pay. The size of the apartments is what you really pay for. You are not going to get a huge dining and a living area and a sweet kitchen like in York anywhere else. I have lived in York Plaza on and off since 2007. Also lived in some of the neighboring ones like Durham. The small increase in rent in York compared to other places is worth it. The bathrooms are outdated. Thats the only downside. Other than that, very nice living experience.
York Plaza: Great Place to Live
We just moved a month ago and we like it very much. The buildings are clean, the management very friendly and helpful. We like the fact that it is a quiet building. The maintenance people are very nice. We submitted few work orders for our apartment and they came the same day to fix everything. We use the facilities also, the gym and the pool. Overall, we are happy with the decision to move here. Besides the fact that the apartment is nice, we love walking in the park and everywhere around. Great location.
Parkside: Clean, Respectable, Safe
Its a nice place. The apartments are very well maintained. Having the ability to paint walls if you want to is a great feature.
Raspberry Woods: First Impression- Great
My husband and I have lived in our new home for one month now. We love our new place. It is spacious, updated, and we had a great move-in experience. The one maintenance request we have had to make was done the day of request. The staff is helpful and friendly, and we are very excited for our new life in our new home. The neighbors seem friendly, and it is a nice quiet neighborhood to come home to.
Highland Ridge: It is Well Kept and Pretty
I feel safe, I really love the sound barrier between each apartment, the neighborhood is nice to walk my small dog in, Staff is very responsive to your problems. Been here three years and don’t plan on moving..
Greenfield: Nice Safe Place For Families
Quiet and pleasant. But unfortunately the propery are beside land field, and that is the nice view I have in my apartment. Even the office knowing that this would happen they increase the price of rent. So if my friend are interesting I would said also Do not take apartement at North side of the property.
