Remington Cove is an outstanding place to live! Extremely convenient proximity to a wide variety of shopping and dining. Property and all appliances are new, and very well maintained. The office staff have been friendly, professional, and will go out of their way to assist with any concerns that may arise. Highly recommend!

From the second I did a walk through, I knew this was home. Everything is new, up to date, quiet and perfect! The work out room is bigger than most apartments, the community room is a great place to host get togethers. The staff and maintenance truly care about this property and their tenants! I’m so happy I moved here, It’s a place I’m proud to call home!

The staff at 430 Oak Grove is incredibly professional and friendly. They even walk your dog for you while you’re at work! The amenities are great, the building is clean and well maintained, and the pricing is competitive. The beautiful historic building of 430 Oak Grove has been updated to beautiful luxury boutique apartments with new appliances and fixtures, giving you a luxury apartment feel with high-end finishes while enjoying a mixture of the historic beauty of the building, conveniently located in Loring Park.

I love the Concrete Tower, as I call it. I am fortunate to live on the 8th floor. Quiet. This building has the look and feel of a modern, metropolitan co-op that you might find in NY City, Chicago, or LA. I would have never put this kind of service, ammenities, and curb appeal in Bloomington, MN. The security level is terrific. We have some younger residents here and they have told me that their parents are happy with how safe the environment is for their independent living son or daughter. Because the main lobby area with the community room, theatre room, business center, and mail boxes is so open, it feels like a hotel or conference center versus an apartment building. I think this is a well thought out property. I like the materials used for my unit. I would recommend this place to any person.
Woodridge: Great Place to Live
Maintenance: Not long ago my kitchen range died and a newer one was delivered. Works Great! However, It was deeper than the original and the result was I could not get into the kitchen corner storage cabinets under the counter. Mike figured out what hinges would work best and removed and reinstalled the cabinet doors so that they worked as a single unit. Result: I am now able to enter the cabinets as needed. Great Job. Thank you Mike!!! Also Tsegay made repairs in the guest bath. We had what looked like rust leaking from in between the tiles outside of the tub and from behind the woodwork next to the floor He removed the woodwork, painted the wall with mold killing paint, re-caulked and resealed the tile involved. It looks like new. Thank you, Tsegay! All three maintenance people at Woodridge are good at what they do, they clean up their repair messes and are nice people. Please do everything possible to keep them at Woodridge. We are lucky to have all three of them. Thank you.
The View: Six Stars for the Staff
After living on Turtle Lake for over 20 years, we really appreciate the views of Long Lake and enjoy the daily train going by. It wasn’t too hard moving from house to apartment, because everything here was new, modern, and updated quality – especially love granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms. We have lots of storage in cabinets, closets, pantry, laundry room and from July to October we ate meals outside on our lakeside deck. Now it is too cold to do that, but it’s great that we have underground, heated parking for our car. And of course, we love that we were able to move in with our dog Daisy because The View allows pets. We’ve reserved the party room for private functions and I have been going to yoga classes with instructor Jenn in the fitness room. Can’t wait for the warmer weather so I can return to the outside pool and bike trails around the lake and park. It’s great not to pay real estate taxes, shovel snow or rake leaves, and if something needs repair, just call Jesse and he gets the job done and you won’t get a bill!! Come stop by and see this place, and please mention my name as they will give me a reward!! You might even get to meet me and Daisy!!

The View: Great New Apartment Complex With All The Amenities
So far we’ve been very happy with our apartment at The View. Helpful and friendly staff, nice neighborhood and lots of storage space for an apartment! Balconies are also spacious and the kitchens are gorgeous and roomy. We still have empty cupboards in our house! Pet friendly, and the pet rent is inexpensive ($25) compared to other places we’ve looked. We are very happy with our place here!
