The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is superb. The grounds are neat and tidy, there is abundant wildlife. Close to walking and biking trails. Close to the cities but you never know it. Quiet neighborhood, community activities, lots of amenities. Overall, we really like living here, feels like home.

Subject: Maintenance Personnel – Mike, Berhane & Tsegay Give them a raise. All are helpful, neat, and knowledgeable. Not only do they do their jobs admirably, all three of them are friendly and attend to the “little” things that make life more enjoyable for the tenants. They really care about how their work is accomplished. I don’t know where you found such good people, but thanks.
The View: Excellent Place
We Moved in couple months ago, like the place spacious apartment nice neat and clean building. And the staff is very professional friendly and prompt on service. We are happy living in this community.
