This is easily the best apartment complex I’ve lived in, both in its management and general quality. The apartments themselves are very nice with up to date appliances, any issues I’ve had have been quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. The manager Catherine is both dependable and reasonable, I’ve enjoyed having her as my landlord this past year and will continue to stay here!

NorthPointe- I’m glad I chose to move here
I have lived here at NorthPointe for 18 years this March 6th 2017. I was a job transfer from Las Vegas to here, my background was in the Mortgage industry, and working with computers on the side.
When I first moved here in March of 1999 I was twenty-nine. I was one of if not the youngest person living there. I remember when I first moved in, there was these two senior women, who I loved to have conversations with, and they would always pinch my cheeks and tell me, I’m the nicest young man.
I enjoy going to the swimming pool late at night, and the hot tub always feels good.
I have even utilized the party room.
When I put in a work order, or call, the problem is usually fixed/repaired the same day, if not then the next day.
The management is on top of it, Melanie, and Jody, are great to talk to, and Jack the maintenance guy, is thorough with his work, he’s also a great to talk with.
They also through a few parties through out the year, including a couple outside BBQ’s.
There are so many things that I could go on and on.
Overall I’m glad that I chose to move here at NorthPointe.
Eagle Creek- I love living here!
I have lived at Eagle Creek for over 3 years. I love living here! The grounds are always so clean and look great. The management is great (Especially Virginia). Everything is fixed in a timely way and the they are just great people!
Remington Cove- A Great Place to Call HOME.
The location of Remington Cove is super convenient — you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and groceries — and with being just off Cedar, you can be headed to downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul in no time. Heated underground parking, granite countertops, and an AMAZING management staff that is friendly and caring. A great place to call HOME.
Washburn on the Park- Never Want to Leave!
I have lived in Washburn for seven years and never want to leave! The building is safe, beautiful, clean and full of every amenity one could need. The building manager, Sarah, is always reliable, professional, friendly and helpful. Whether it be a misplaced key in the middle of the night or a simple maintenance request, Sarah can always be counted on to serve her residents in a speedy manner. Sarah puts the residents first. For example, she organizes fun and free catered holiday celebrations in the building for all residents to attend. The location of the building is stellar — right on the bus line and in walking distance to downtown.
Woodstone- Couldn’t be happier
I couldn’t be happier…I searched for an affordable place close to the airport, and finally settled on Woodstone! Love the location, landscaping, amenities…staff is great and very responsive…maintenance requests, while few have been responded to within hours, including the replacement of my garbage disposal, which was done less than 4 hours after I mentioned it! Although it is an older wood framed building, it is relatively quiet, the neighbors have been friendly and mostly very reserved, I know that I will enjoy the underground/indoor parking in the winter…huge decks…the community grill has been well maintained despite almost nightly use since I’ve been here, and they replaced the older one with a new one just recently! There have been no “surprises” like in other complexes where I have rented…they genuinely care about taking care of and pleasing the tenants! The best thing is it didn’t take long for the management staff to know me by name! Check it out, I think you would be very pleased!
One Southdale Place
We have been residents since the 1st of June 2016. Since moving into the building, the StuartCo staff has been amazing and the building is impeccable. The property is managed more like a high-end resort, and the staff service and “can-do” attitudes, truly exemplify a 5 Star hotel! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication in continuing to make this a wonderful place to live…
Southwest Gables is Amazing!
I moved here in late April 2016. The Management, Maintenance and my Neighbors just outstanding. The grounds, the hallways, clubhouse everything is impeccable. If looking for a new home come here first and you wont need to look any further.
E Street Flats- I’ve loved my whole stay!
I have lived at E Street for about a year and a half now, and I have loved my whole stay. The rooms are very nice and the community is made up mostly of students, so it remains pretty quiet during the school year when people need to study. The amenities are great, especially the gym. Being able to go downstairs and workout during the winter is a huge plus, especially when you don’t want to have to drive to your school gym. Chelsea is by far one of the best managers that I have had. She is always on top of the ball getting things done when you need it, and if she is busy she will always get it done ASAP. She is super friendly as well, so it makes it enjoyable to talk to her either whenever you see her or when you have a problem with something in your room. She is also very hardworking, I always see her cleaning up everyone else’s messes, and making sure to keep the apartment building looking nice and clean. I have really enjoyed E Street and for any college student looking for a place to stay, this is the best place in the Twin Cities area.
Southwest Gables is amazing!
I just moved in yesterday and I absolutely love it here. Met quite a few of my neighbors and they are very friendly. Management is excellent. My apartment and view is outstanding. Plan on staying for years.
