Have lived with Parkside for a year now. We will be re-signing for another due to our experience. The staff helping us have been friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The pool, gym, and grills are nice benefits. Maintenance staff have been quick and self-service through their management software has been convenient. Highly recommend.

E Street Flats- Best, most well kept place
This is hands down the best and most well kept place I have ever lived in! The staff is so unbelievable sweet and so helpful! Chelsea the Manager is super nice and helps even when she’s off the clock. Honestly a great team working to provide an awesome living experience while in school. Great environment with cool students living there as well. Parking and amenities are perfect! Highly recommend!
Park Glen- Awesome management
Park Glen is the most valuable housing experience you will find in St. Louis Park. Can’t say enough about management, how well they communicate and how enjoyable their monthly event gatherings are.
NorthPointe- Always impressed
I am always impressed by the management team and their follow up with residents about any concerns. I really enjoy living at NorthPointe and always tell people how impressively well maintained it is, and how responsive all the staff are. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been addressed immediately. I love all the facilities especially the gym, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and the heated underground parking is the icing on the cake! Thank you to all the staff for all your commitment and hard work!
Deer Ridge- True professionals
Jill is a fantastic manager, and Kaitlin her assistant is so professional. I am leaving Deer Ridge only because I have purchased a home. Both Jill and Kaitlin were so wonderful to contact me with showings. I was at my townhome when they brought a couple in. They are true professionals in everyway. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed living at Deer Ridge with the wonderful management staff.
The Madison- An awesome apartment
I absolutely loved living at the Madison! I recently moved out to live in a larger apartment with my fiancé, however it was difficult to leave such an awesome apartment at the Madison. The Madison is perfect for the young professional or single person who is looking to live somewhere quiet. Because it is a building of only studios, there aren’t young children running around or a lot of commotion. It’s pet friendly too, which was a huge plus for me. Management was also wonderful, always friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. I’m sad to leave and would definitely refer the Madison to anyone!
The Madison- Great experience
We have had a great experience living at The Madison. They keep the building tidy, the parking lots gets plowed promptly when it snows and it is in a great location. The management is great to work with and they help us whenever we need something. Thanks !
Park Glen- Management is the best
I have lived here for 3 years and the last 4 months have been the best with our new management team provided by StuartCo. They have stepped in and have made it a better place to live. The staff is wonderful- very helpful, and kind, very professional, and fun!!
The Madison Studios- Understanding and responsive
Took a big chance moving into a brand-new apartment building, but it paid off- The Madison Studios are clean, quiet, reasonably-priced, and the management is understanding and responsive. Would especially recommend the “Jr. One Bedroom” studio model- the partial wall between the living and sleeping areas provides separation without a separate room. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to Crosby Farm Park is a great plus.
Southwest Gables- Concierge service, value pricing
Just reaching out to express how invaluable Tabitha Lane has been to my mother and me, making Southwest Gables a remarkable experience. Tabitha is superbly organized and knowledgeable, but more importantly, a concerned listener. While Tabitha handles the day to day management tasks with poise, what really impresses me is the way she steps in to solve problems. From coaching me through online bill-pay, to clarifying storage questions, to providing notary public services, she creates positive outcomes in an environment of thoughtful engagement and concern. This level of attention is unprecedented for me, and I would encourage future residents to share this experience for themselves.
