So Happy to Live at Lamplighter Village!
Over the last several months, I find myself smiling more as I enter or leave the property because of the improvements on physical spaces and atmosphere. Yesterday was a great day to find the hallways and doors remodeled BEAUTIFULLY. So happy to live at Lamplighter Village Apts. I love our staff, especially Ronna Woolley: Property Manager. Still smiling.
I Love Living at The Plaza!
I love living at The Plaza. Staff is responsive to our needs and requests. They have helped to make this a wonderful community place where people feel free to mingle and to enjoy life together.

I love this apartment complex. The office girls Melanie and Jodi are wonderful and are very helpful. Jack and Tony in maintenance are incredibly the best as well. I will continue to live here as long as I can.
Coachman Trails – Love this place!
My boyfriend and I have lived here since August of 2015 and we absolutely love it here! Maintenance has never hesitated to fix an issue we have had quickly and efficiently! Also, the office staff is amazing! They are very nice people as well as the people who live in this building! Thank you so much to the Coachman Trails staff for really making this place feel like a home!! 🙂
Northpoints – 5-star Perfect Home!
We have just started our 5th year at Northpointe. We were very impressed when we first moved in, but I have to say it just keeps getting better! The things that are being put into place each year makes this the best place to stay. They have a children’s area now, so I can take my grandson outside to play. There is a gazebo with a grill along the river, so I can invite family and still feel a little like I am not on a patio. ALL the staff are exceptional! Never have a worry about anything getting done. All I can say is that we love this place!

Very Well Maintained and Beautiful Place to Live
I moved into Parkside this past spring and I have to say I am very impressed with how well they maintain the yard, pool, and building here. This is my first apartment and I was worried because I have a large dog, and I have always heard my friends and family who live in apartments complain about how I takes weeks for them to send someone to fix a problem. Here at Parkside they respond immediately and have such amazing and friendly staff. I also love the paths and the yard around the buildings so I’m able to take my dog on short walks, with the luxury of clean up stations for my dogs mess. Above all I think the apartments are so cute and have large windows that allow us to use less electricity and the price is just right. We searched many places and debated applying but after seeing Parkside we knew right away! Come check it out I promise you wont be disappointed, even my large dog who has lived in houses for 5 years adapted immediately!
Great and Safe Place to Live
We love our apartment. We love our view of the woods behind us, the friendliness of our neighbors and their dogs, the layout of our apartment, and the easy access to Medicine Lake and French Regional Park. We’re so happy we chose Parkside to live
We Love Living at The View
Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.
