My roommate and I have lived at 430 Oak Grove for one month and it already feels like home. While there have been some issues in our unit, the staff have been incredibly attentive and kind. The building is beautiful. The location is great. And the people are genuine and kind. A great first home in the city!
You simply can’t beat the location! The staff members are friendly, attentive & will even walk your dog! Modern amenities such as a massage room on site, rooftop lounge and updated appliances. Highly recommend this property!
As a new resident I continue to be pleasantly surprised at how accommodating the staff are on a daily basis. They are so friendly and sincere! The building manager is more like a concierge and the maintenance manager keeps the place running like a 4 star hotel. This is not just a rental community, it is a very private, high-end lifestyle property. They even have complimentary dog walking!
The staff at 430 Oak Grove is incredibly professional and friendly. They even walk your dog for you while you’re at work! The amenities are great, the building is clean and well maintained, and the pricing is competitive. The beautiful historic building of 430 Oak Grove has been updated to beautiful luxury boutique apartments with new appliances and fixtures, giving you a luxury apartment feel with high-end finishes while enjoying a mixture of the historic beauty of the building, conveniently located in Loring Park.
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the historic charm, the location, exercise room, no noise (very thick walls/floors) and having Loring Park right across the street. The staff is friendly, professional, and attend to requests promptly. We highly recommend 430 Oak Grove!
This is a really nice place to live. The ambiance feels like a mix of modern on the inside with classic on the outside. Plus you have Loring Park right in front which gives it a special touch. Plus it’s really close to Uptown and Downtown, great location.

It’s a very peaceful and pleasant place to live. The historic building was renovated beautifully with modern fixtures. The hallways and apartments are full of natural light–I absolutely love the large windows. The staff are very professional and helpful whenever they are needed. It’s a great building for anyone who wants modern amenities, to live near downtown Minneapolis, and also wants a touch of the outdoors close-by. (Loring Park)
The building feels like home. A well maintained, clean, quiet, beautiful home. And the most responsive, personable, professional building staff I have ever encountered. I love it here.

Light, bright interiors with dramatic views of Loring Park, The Basilica of St. Mary and downtown Minneapolis. Plenty of common space too with an atrium in the center of the building. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, the maintenance has been really quick. We also really enjoy the little touches, ie. the great plants out front and the installation of mirrors coming out of the garage. Love this building!
