The Plaza- Happy to renew my lease!

I just wanted to comment on how much I enjoy living at The Plaza. I have know of the building since it was built, but previously owned condos and townhouses in the area. When I decided to rent in 2014, I found an available unit that was spacious, quiet, had great views and large windows, and it was able to accommodate my furniture and 12+ bookcases! The staff has been friendly, helpful and responsive to any requests. The neighbors are also friendly, have interesting backgrounds, and respect for the quiet atmosphere of the building. I am happy to renew my lease as of August 1.

Heritage Landing- Great Spot in North Loop!

I lived in Heritage Landing for over 4 years and loved it. I’m only moving out of this building because I’m moving out of state. The location provides access to the city’s hottest restaurants and bars within minutes. The grounds are kept spotless, so it’s a place where I was proud to show my family and friends who visited. My unit had tall ceilings and tons of windows, so I was able to view the city skyline from my apartment — what a treat! The staff is very responsive, accommodating, and fun, too. I highly recommend Heritage Landing for anyone looking to live in the heart of Minneapolis.

430 Oak Grove: A Very Peaceful And Pleasant Place To Live

It’s a very peaceful and pleasant place to live. The historic building was renovated beautifully with modern fixtures. The hallways and apartments are full of natural light–I absolutely love the large windows. The staff are very professional and helpful whenever they are needed. It’s a great building for anyone who wants modern amenities, to live near downtown Minneapolis, and also wants a touch of the outdoors close-by. (Loring Park)
