I have lived here for 5 months. I came from owning my own home and living in the country. I have been pleasantly surprised all around. The staff is friendly and available, the maintenance dept. is extremely fast and knowledgeable. The apartment is nice and the area is convenient especially since the new shopping area was built.The underground parking is awesome. I feel safe walking in the area but more importantly I feel safe in my apartment and it feels like home.

Genesee- Amazing Staff
As soon as I knew that I would be moving to Minneapolis, I started researching prime locations and apartments. I made a list of all of my expectations and priorities for my new home.
I knew from the moment I visited Genesee that I had found my new home. I was impressed with the convenient location—easy access to I-494, the airport and shopping. I was thrilled to see all of the wonderful amenities they offer—media center with 24/7 fresh coffee, underground parking, workout center, community room, swimming pool, weekly yoga classes and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
Genesee has been my home for the past six months and I absolutely love it here. However, above all of the rest, Genesee’s greatest asset is their amazing staff. They are all extremely hardworking, dedicated professionals! Each and every one of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
Riverview at Upper Landing- We Love Living Here!
We love living at Riverview at Upper Landing! We have renewed our lease once and plan to do so again. One of the many reasons we love living here is due to the staff. The office staff is professional, courteous and kind. The maintenance staff is consistently prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Riverview at Upper Landing is always clean, in the parking garage as well as interior and exterior public spaces. Living here is fantastic, and then there’s the location; Riverview at Upper Landing is walking distance to the Excel, Science Museum, theaters, restaurants and city parks. We would recommend living here to anyone!
Southwest Gables- Maintenance Staff
The two Southwest Gables maintenance men are awesome. They worked tirelessly to get my new black appliances installed and operating correctly. They are pleasant, polite and certainly very knowledgeable. I wanted to express my appreciation for all they did.
Highland Ridge: Great Place to Call Home
I moved here right out of high school, 9 years ago. I can’t believe its been that long but I’ve loved living here. Sure there have been a few bumps in the road; several staff changes, a few management changes, changes to the building etc but again, I’ve lived here 9 years – a lot happens in that time. The units are great, the maintenance staff is superb: Dan Wolf is the best maintenance man you’ll ever meet. He’s beyond knowledgeable, very funny, quick and gets his work done. Anytime anything has ever overflowed, leaked, stopped working etc, it gets fixed that day. These guys are good. They recently renovated and upgraded the apartments including mine – looks awesome. You’re going to pay a bit more but its worth it. Having the washer and dryer IN your unit saves so much time/money, not having to pay for water, trash, heat/AC is equally as amazing. The computer room (fax, printer, scanner is perfect for the full time college student like myself), party room and game room (which we’ve used a lot in the past 9 years!) pool, hot tub and sauna are amazing in the 10 months of winter we usually have, the BBQs and tables/chairs in the back are fun for small gatherings or just a nice fun dinner, the list goes on. The amenities if you use them, are well worth the price. All in all, I’ve had a great time living here. I’ll be sad to leave when I do but I’ll always have fun memories at Highland Ridge =)
Woodridge: I Love Living At Woodridge
The staff here truly cares about the property and the people that live here. The management has their doors always open to hear suggestions or resolve problems. Stacey Miller our property manager is incredible. She wants to hear from people no matter what the issue is and she does resolve the issues extremely fast or if you just want to stop in and chat. Our maintenance people are very knowledgeable and repair things fast and correctly the first time. In the last year there have been so many improvements. One such improvement is they are replacing windows and patio doors and they are absolutely fantastic. The windows reduce the noise and keep heat in when it’s cold. I love the community atmosphere. We have Christmas parties and assorted other parties. The amenities are great. We have a super clean and warm pool, exercise room is clean and has a variety of machines and there is a play room for little kids. It’s a family friendly building and I feel the people here watch out for each other. Thank you Stuart Co for turning this building around 100% since you took over. I am PROUD to call Woodridge my home and I would recommend it to all my friends.
Hopkins Plaza: Good Place to Live, Good People- Residents and Staff
Local Management are professional and considerate. The current maintenance man is knowledgeable and experienced. There is an enjoyable cultural mix of residents. People are friendly. The grounds are well-maintained. Management arranges some enjoyable social events for the residents. Hopkins is a pleasant city in which to reside; there are some very enjoyable local activities and events, such as the arts center, the movie theater, various retail shops, the library, the grocery store, restaurants, the city park with band shell, the summer farmers market, which are all within walking distance of Hopkins Plaza.
Northpointe: Nicest Place Ever Lived Outside of Owning My Own Home
That the office staff is responsive & knowledgable, the amenities are great, & that I am only sorry I didn’t move here earlier.
Woodridge: Improving Constantly, Terrific Maintenance People, Beautiful Grounds
Subject: Maintenance Personnel – Mike, Berhane & Tsegay Give them a raise. All are helpful, neat, and knowledgeable. Not only do they do their jobs admirably, all three of them are friendly and attend to the “little” things that make life more enjoyable for the tenants. They really care about how their work is accomplished. I don’t know where you found such good people, but thanks.
