I am really happy here. I just moved here from Germantown and for relatively the same price I am getting a ton of amenities along with free heat and air conditioning. The staff and maintenance crew are unbelievably helpful and friendly. Any issues that I had were addressed immediately. North Pointe is kept very clean and people living here are also friendly. I hope to stay here for a long time!

Southwest Gables: This Has Been a Great Place for Us to Live
I would tell them that it is a great place to live, especially with pets. Any requests/concerns are taken care of almost immediately. The only issues we have had have been with other resident pets that are able to be resolved on their own without involving the office. Also a very secure place to live, highly recommended.
