The staff is great. They listen to your concerns and deal with them in a very expedited manner. The property is always well kept, repairs made very quickly. This is my first real experience in an apartment. I lived in a house all my life, but this place really feels like a home. I would tell anyone to come here to live. There is something very special about Northpointe.

Woodstone: Accommodating and Caring People Managing a Beautiful Complex.
It is a beautiful location! Right next to the river with a ton of biking and walking trails. In my year here the complex is always clean and well maintained inside and out. The groundskeeper does a superior job. I thought that they had newly redone the landscape when I just moved into Woodstone because it was immaculate but that is just the standard here. Emily has always been really helpful and friendly whenever I go into the office. I love it here!
