Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.

York Plaza: York Plaza Review
Its very nice for the amount you pay. The size of the apartments is what you really pay for. You are not going to get a huge dining and a living area and a sweet kitchen like in York anywhere else. I have lived in York Plaza on and off since 2007. Also lived in some of the neighboring ones like Durham. The small increase in rent in York compared to other places is worth it. The bathrooms are outdated. Thats the only downside. Other than that, very nice living experience.
Northpointe: I Love Being Here So Much!
I agree with another tenant. It’s like being on vacation. The grounds are kept clean. The office staff is awesome. It’s a great place too be. You have everything you need under one roof. The Amenties are just great. I never dreamed that my first apartment would be this cool. I’ve only been here for 7 months and for this to be such a huge complex. There is no drama. I love the mixture of the tenants. You have newborns to the elderly from all ethic backgrounds. Everyone is so friendly and respectful. That’s rare. I just love it.
Greenfield: Best Apartment Ever- Great People, Lots of Room for Kids
PROS: The management and maintanance team fill the gaps if ever there is one. Every single maintanance request or inquery has been responded to quickly and within reason. This team works hard for it’s tennants and it shows. The office has good hours so the working folks can pick up a package and the facilities are well kept. (sidewalk replair, street repair….) The yard behind each of the two buildings is a huge, safe * , play area for kids and family. Tons of room to run and play right outside your window. Most places can look nice, but dont’ actually have a place to kick a ball. The outdoor pool is the best! it’s clean, in a beautiful location, and is always widely used thanks to it’s good condition and location. CONS: The only possible thing I can say is not perfect is the indoor pool in the party house. It’s loud when a party is present, and the bathrooms can be in need of extra cleaning. Completely understandable.
