NorthPointe is a great place to live. I moved in right after I graduated from MSOE in 2015. It was a very easy process and the staff has been super helpful. The amenities for the value is right and everyone is friendly. It isn’t too far from downtown and all the stores, entertainment, and places to go are just minutes away. If you have the chance to move into NorthPointe you should take it.

Raspberry Woods- Excellent Staff
We’ve been living here for about 4 1/2 months and the staff, both office and maintenance have been great. Any issue we’ve called the office about has been handled quickly and cheerfully. Sidewalks are shoveled and salted and the parking lot and drives are plowed . Any maintenance people that had to come in the townhouse have been courteous and friendly, even taking off their shoes. Jeff is especially helpful.
NorthPointe-I Hope to Stay Here for a Long Time
I am really happy here. I just moved here from Germantown and for relatively the same price, I am getting a ton of amenities along with free heat and air conditioning. The staff and maintenance crew are unbelievably helpful and friendly. Any issues that I had were addressed immediately. NorthPointe is kept very clean and people living here are also friendly. I hope to stay here for a long time!
Genesee- Amazing Staff
As soon as I knew that I would be moving to Minneapolis, I started researching prime locations and apartments. I made a list of all of my expectations and priorities for my new home.
I knew from the moment I visited Genesee that I had found my new home. I was impressed with the convenient location—easy access to I-494, the airport and shopping. I was thrilled to see all of the wonderful amenities they offer—media center with 24/7 fresh coffee, underground parking, workout center, community room, swimming pool, weekly yoga classes and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the city.
Genesee has been my home for the past six months and I absolutely love it here. However, above all of the rest, Genesee’s greatest asset is their amazing staff. They are all extremely hardworking, dedicated professionals! Each and every one of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
Northpointe – Staff is Friendly & Helpful
We have been here over 5 years and like it a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful, the grounds and halls are kept clean. It is also very quiet. The only negative is that the rent was increased alot just recently. Other than that we have no complaints! We would recommend this complex
Coachman Trails – Love this place!
My boyfriend and I have lived here since August of 2015 and we absolutely love it here! Maintenance has never hesitated to fix an issue we have had quickly and efficiently! Also, the office staff is amazing! They are very nice people as well as the people who live in this building! Thank you so much to the Coachman Trails staff for really making this place feel like a home!! 🙂
Welcome Home!
I have only been here 3 months, but I would recommend this place to anyone. The residents and staff alike have all been friendly and very helpful. When I’ve needed something fixed in my apartment, the staff have been on top of it right away. There is just a real sense of community and home here which you wouldn’t expect due to the vast size of the complex. Keep up the excellent work and thank you for making me feel so welcome.
We Love Living at The View
Wow, what a fantastic community I absolutely love it here. We felt so welcomed when we moved in. The staff in the building and leasing office are great people. Very responsive and helpful and very professional. Neighbors are friendly and there’s a good mix of people. The amenities are fantastic as well. Love the pool and party room. And super cool to have access to a canoe, bikes, etc. Being on the park and the lake is a HUGE bonus. The gym is actually super nice unlike most places and there are even free group fitness classes which is totally awesome. The apartment was spotless and absolutely perfect when we moved in. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here.
Great Place to Live
We just moved a month ago and we like it very much. The buildings are clean, the management very friendly and helpful. We like the fact that it is a quiet building. The maintenance people are very nice. We submitted few work orders for our apartment and they came the same day to fix everything. We use the facilities also, the gym and the pool. Overall, we are happy with the decision to move here. Besides the fact that the apartment is nice, we love walking in the park and everywhere around. Great location.
High Quality Care
The townhomes are perfect for a small family or couple, with all the amenities you need. We absolutely love how helpful, attentive and understanding the maintenance and staff people are. They are quick to solve problems and make sure you are taken care of. One time I locked my keys in my garage on a Saturday afternoon and the maintenance man came and unlocked the garage for us within half an hour! We have never experienced the quality of care that Eagle Creek has provided anywhere else.
