Have lived with Parkside for a year now. We will be re-signing for another due to our experience. The staff helping us have been friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are well-maintained. The pool, gym, and grills are nice benefits. Maintenance staff have been quick and self-service through their management software has been convenient. Highly recommend.

E Street Flats- Best, most well kept place
This is hands down the best and most well kept place I have ever lived in! The staff is so unbelievable sweet and so helpful! Chelsea the Manager is super nice and helps even when she’s off the clock. Honestly a great team working to provide an awesome living experience while in school. Great environment with cool students living there as well. Parking and amenities are perfect! Highly recommend!
Park Glen- Well kept, friendly staff
I love it- they have events every month, and they really bring the whole Park Glen community together. They’re helpful when you need help. All their amenities are nice, up to date. I love living here and I feel safe here as well.
Park Glen- So thankful to live here
I am so thankful to live at Park Glen. I moved here three years ago to be closer to family and had no idea where I would live. I sold my house after 37 years and had not lived in an apartment since college! I lucked out with Park Glen.
The office is outstanding. The staff out of their way to be kind and helpful. They are patient and always do outstanding work. The carpet cleaners are fabulous too. The yoga classes are also excellent.
As you can see I so appreciate living at Park Glen. I have noting but the best to say about my three plus years living here.

The Madison- Great experience
We have had a great experience living at The Madison. They keep the building tidy, the parking lots gets plowed promptly when it snows and it is in a great location. The management is great to work with and they help us whenever we need something. Thanks !
Stonehill- You won’t find a better apartment
I’m moving very soon due to a job opportunity out of state. If it was not for that I would happily continue living here and renew my lease. You will not find a better apartment complex to rent from. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance here is awesome – if there is an issue they take care of it immediately as well as making sure it is done right – no shortcuts or band aids. The neighbors are awesome as well – I’ve enjoyed their company in the commons area, the pool and hot tub – which all are kept immaculately clean. I hope that my new place takes care of me and my apartment as well as Stonehill has. Great place and I will miss living here!
Eagle Creek Townhomes- We love it here!
Our family has been living here for over 2 years and we love it! The staff are very friendly and helpful, maintenance is good and the area is well kept. The pool and exercise room are great bonuses to an already great townhome community. I would highly suggest anyone to live here!!
Heritage Landing- Great place, great experience
Great place, great experience. Shannan, Talesha, Kerstin and Nicole are all very helpful, the building and units are beautiful, it’s very quiet, spacious & in the perfect location. Highly recommend.
York Plaza- Love it
I have lived at York Plaza for a year and love it! The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and know me by name. Any maintenance issues have been addressed effectively and promptly; usually the very next day. The grounds are kept beautiful and flow right into the wonderful park which surrounds the property. My apartment is large with a gas stove and washer/dryer right in the unit. The best part is the quietness inside my living space. The walls and ceiling must be 3 feet of concrete because I can not hear my neighbors at all. The workout facility is great and has replaced my gym membership. All in all, York Plaza Apartments have exceeded my expectations in every category.
Parkside- Cannot say enough good things
I cannot say enough good things about Parkside. The location is excellent, the setting is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well-maintained and the staff are wonderful all around. Though the units are older, the staff are always helpful in addressing most any issue and it remains a great value. I am always grateful coming home to the natural setting, the views and the quiet area. Parkside is also making a lot of strides toward coaxing their residents to a healthier lifestyle and works hard to keep the buildings and units smoke-free. I think people struggle sometimes with the smoke-free requirement but all-in-all people are generally trying to be respectful of others and it is usually not a major issue. So happy here and highly recommend!
