I love this apartment complex. The office girls Melanie and Jodi are wonderful and are very helpful. Jack and Tony in maintenance are incredibly the best as well. I will continue to live here as long as I can.

Parkside: Overall a Great Living Space
Although the price may be a bit on the high side. I loved living here. Close to walking trails and stores. Peaceful surroundings. Loved the nature. Staff was helpful and professional. Maintenance was always able to get things fixed right away.
Raspberry Woods: First Impression- Great
My husband and I have lived in our new home for one month now. We love our new place. It is spacious, updated, and we had a great move-in experience. The one maintenance request we have had to make was done the day of request. The staff is helpful and friendly, and we are very excited for our new life in our new home. The neighbors seem friendly, and it is a nice quiet neighborhood to come home to.
Southwest Gables: Quiet, Comfy, Cozy, Lovely
I love this place, this is my first apartment and i never want to leave. This is not only an apartment but a home, they have so many amenities that i never have to leave. I look forward to coming home every night, I love the gym, the sauna, how kind and helpful all the staff is, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking.
Southwest Gables: Awesome Place to Live
An awesome place to live. Office staff is very helpful and willing to help in any way. Maintenance staff is very efficient and happy to help even in after-hour needs. Building caretakers are very polite and maintains a clean beautiful building. I would recommend this home community to everyone. It is like a big family.
Highland Ridge: Excellent Place to Live
I have lived at Highland Ridge for four years. I have never lived in a better place than Highland Ridge. The facility is terrific, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. I highly recommend Highland Ridge as a wonderful place to live.
Greenfield: Awesome Apartments
This is a great place to live in the Minnetonka/Hopkins area. If you are looking for a safe, quiet place to live in the area, this is the place for you. These apartments are literally soundproof. The updated apartments on the 3rd floor are very nice and I love the new appliances and vaulted ceilings. The maintenance responds faster than I’ve ever seen at other places and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They really care about their residents. Love all the amenities too – underground parking, the gym, pools, and plenty of outdoor parking for guests. Love that pets are allowed here too. Overall this is a great and pleasant place to call home!
430 Oak Grove: A Very Peaceful And Pleasant Place To Live
It’s a very peaceful and pleasant place to live. The historic building was renovated beautifully with modern fixtures. The hallways and apartments are full of natural light–I absolutely love the large windows. The staff are very professional and helpful whenever they are needed. It’s a great building for anyone who wants modern amenities, to live near downtown Minneapolis, and also wants a touch of the outdoors close-by. (Loring Park)

Carver Lake: Love the Location and Staff Helpfulness
I love the location. Even though we are in an urban setting the nature preserve around us gives the feel of country living. The entire area looks beautiful. Also the office staff are very helpful and willing to help with problems immediately. That makes for an overall wonderful experience.
