I moved here last December. I chose Northpointe because of the amenities they offer. Indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. On-site gym and weight room. The cyber lounge. They have maintenance on staff daily as well as office staff. Not only is the staff polite and helpful, but they remember my name and apartment number (there are over 100 apartments!) The place is professionally cleaned each week. There is a car washing station in the underground garage! I can rinse off my car as often as I like. The tenants I have met all seem happy here. I’ve talked to a number of people who have lived here for more than 10 years! I can’t wait for my first Summer here. The air conditioning (as well as the heat) is included in my rent!

We love our apartment. We love our view of the woods behind us, the friendliness of our neighbors and their dogs, the layout of our apartment, and the easy access to Medicine Lake and French Regional Park. We’re so happy we chose Parkside to live

We just moved a month ago and we like it very much. The buildings are clean, the management very friendly and helpful. We like the fact that it is a quiet building. The maintenance people are very nice. We submitted few work orders for our apartment and they came the same day to fix everything. We use the facilities also, the gym and the pool. Overall, we are happy with the decision to move here. Besides the fact that the apartment is nice, we love walking in the park and everywhere around. Great location.

I’m very happy living here. The staff go much further than the basics. Last winter my car had a bad battery and wouldn’t start. I felt really out of place calling the office but I shouldn’t have. Jessica told Mike and he came over with a portable battery charger. But my car still wouldn’t start. So he went and got the Stuart Co. truck and started my car. And that’s just one example of the kind of service they provide.

Everything Fits!
I have lots of furniture and things I don’t want out all the time. We finally have a place for everything we own. I am so happy. 🙂

Great location- easy to get to all major roads. Love the paved trails and all of our amenities.
York Plaza: Great Place to Live

Eagle Creek: I Love My Home at Eagle Creek Townhomes.
It is a very child friendly neighborhood. With parks onsite, there are children playing outside. Pet friendly. And my family is very happy with our community. We hope to stay for a long time.
Greenfield: Great Place To Live!
My experience at Greenfield so far has been wonderful! I ve never lived at an apartment that has such great management and staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy, safe and enjoy the community. I appreciate their help so much. Definitely a great place to live!
Lamplighter Village: I Had To Share
From a real honest resident that used to live here I must say for the price and garage if needed the landscape plus happy onsite staff this place has everything you want in a home, if I didnt move away I would still be there. Keep it up.
