The North Loop is the best spot to live in Minneapolis and within this area Heritage Landing provides not only great value, but a fantastic living experience. Heated underground parking, new hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, spacious floor plans, great staff, and fun rooftop area. Knowing now what I do about places to live in Minneapolis (uptown, northeast, downtown, north loop), I would 100% choose Heritage Landing in the north loop again.

Hopkins Plaza: Excellent Common Area, Great Management, Good Neighbors
It is a great value for the money. Other complexes in the area are considerably more expensive for what I’m getting. The units are perhaps a bit dated, but if that isn’t high on your priority list, then it’s definitely worth consideration. The closet space, layout and features are great and the maintenance and upkeep is fantastic.
