We have been residents since the 1st of June 2016. Since moving into the building, the StuartCo staff has been amazing and the building is impeccable. The property is managed more like a high-end resort, and the staff service and “can-do” attitudes, truly exemplify a 5 Star hotel! Greenfield- Great Place to Call Home!
I only lived here for 1yr, but that is only because I’m moving away from the snow and ice. The staff in the office has been GREAT and the maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! If I ever had a problem (which were very few) they took care of it the same day or next day. If I were not moving out of state, this would be my permanent home.
Coachman Trails- Nice and Quiet
I really like this place, been here 1 year going on 2 and can’t complain at all. It is quiet and relaxing and the staff here is amazing, total respect toward everyone and somehow know the name of the residence all of them. Clean buildings and the grounds are beautiful. Great place to live!
Riverview at Upper Landing – Love This Place!
We moved from a 3 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom apartment at Riverview at Upper Landing in July. Our 1st move in 30 years and we couldn’t be happier. The location and the apartment are more than we hoped for. The staff was great and the rental agent went above and beyond to get us the apartment of our dreams. Our only regret is that we didn’t make the move sooner.
Lamplighter Village – Staff are Wonderful & Helpful!
I have lived here at Lamplighter for almost a year. The staff are wonderful and helpful. If you have a problem, they are quick to fix the issue. One time I was having trouble with my car and a friend was helping me diagnose the issue but did not have the correct tools. One of the maintenance men stopped and offered his tools to fix my squeaky belt when he could have kept on walking. The staff care, they know you by name and don’t just take your money and push you out the door. The staff put on one of the scariest Haunted House’s I have seen in a long time this last year (2015). The kids had such a blast.
Sure, the neighborhood is not the best, but the staff go out of their way to help make our area as safe as possible with community meetings, kid afternoon lunch program during the summer and monthly resident get-togethers so we can meet out neighbors.
Best of all, this is a pet friendly apartment living and where neighbors really do care about each other…
Southwest Gables – Great Place to Live!
This is a great place to live, It is quiet. Office management, maint, It is always clean and neat.
Heritage Landing – Fantastic Experience
The North Loop is the best spot to live in Minneapolis and within this area Heritage Landing provides not only great value, but a fantastic living experience. Heated underground parking, new hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, spacious floor plans, great staff, and fun rooftop area. Knowing now what I do about places to live in Minneapolis (uptown, northeast, downtown, north loop), I would 100% choose Heritage Landing in the north loop again.

Stonehill: Location And Amenities
Great staff, prompt service, friendly neighbors, excellent location, and awesome amenities. I would recommend Stonehill to any of my family and friends looking for a nice apartment, it’s where I call home.
Greenfield: I Love It Here!
Where do I start? I love it here! The maintenance people are amazing – so speedy and friendly! The office staff is great and answers any and all questions very promptly. There is a great community feeling within Greenfield, there are events open to the residents and the people around are friendly.
