My roommate and I have lived at 430 Oak Grove for one month and it already feels like home. While there have been some issues in our unit, the staff have been incredibly attentive and kind. The building is beautiful. The location is great. And the people are genuine and kind. A great first home in the city!
We lived at the View from May 2014-May 2015 on the 4th floor facing the lake. The View was our transition place between selling our home we lived in for 25 years and moving to Colorado. The management staff Susie, Mario, Jesse, Randy and Corrin are outstanding, genuine, professional individuals. Kudos again to the management team for all the events you provide, and your role in connecting residents with each other. We will maintain friendships with a number of like-minded people we met at our brief time at the View. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, well maintained, and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center and classes Megan rocks , and miles of biking walking running trails. A special thank you to Mario for keeping the common areas sparkling clean, for the delicious coffee, and for your time and attention on our move-out-day you know what we are referring to . And Susie, your energy and enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you all and we miss you.
Proximity to trees, ponds, walks in the woods here is wonderful. Already I have enjoyed watching the wildlife out my back window. Kai, Janet, Mike, and Travis have all been helpful, and have gone above and beyond to be helpful. The neighbors I have met so far seem genuinely nice. The welcoming attitude for pets is a relief and makes one feel more at home. Life here so far has been a lovely, private, secure experience. Can’t wait for Spring and the big thaw so I can explore the area more and enjoy the grounds, walking paths, and pool. (LOVE having a dog park here, it was the deciding factor in choosing a place to live.)
The best thing about Coachman Trails isn’t the apartment itself, they are very nice, and you get many little extras here, like the wifi lounge, pool, sauna, exercise rooms, etc., the thing you will fall in love with is the staff here. They are unequaled in their commitment to your comfort and happiness. From the maintenance director, to the painting and cleaning crew, you will feel like they are old friends within a week. We were completely indebted to them from the third day we moved in. I have honestly never met so many nice people in one place in the past 10 years. Whatever you need, you can be certain the staff will do everything possible to accommodate you. This starts from the very highest level, in the leasing office, right on to the hardworking maintenance and cleaning crew. You can be sure your new home will be clean and well maintained, and if you have any concerns, they will be immediately addressed. It is just the nicest place to be. The people living here are genuinely kind and courteous. It is a very nice place to call home.
